That was smart of Bruce to do. Because the Earth was in a different place in space 5 years ago as the Earth is constantly moving, the solar system is moving, and the galaxy is moving.

Which would extend to everyone who blipped, because planets are in motion, too, not just vehicles. The Earth is nowhere near where it was in space five years ago. It's orbiting the sun, which is spinning around a galaxy, which is sailing through ever-expanding space. Bruce, a scientist, would've accounted for all of that in order to avoid people reappearing in outer space.

17:10 - Dr. Strange doesn't have the time stone from the Eye of Agamotto anymore. Thanos turned this reality's time stone into atoms, and the stone they had in Endgame was returned to the alternate 2014 it was taken from by Cap.

Actually Wong became the Sorcerer Supreme when Strange was gone for five years, so Wong has it now.

which is a HUGE plot hole, because the ancient one told bruce that "the infinity stones create what you experience as the flow of time". destroying them would essentially unravel the universe
@eidolontyr technically they were reduced to atoms not really destroyed. The stones can't ever truly be destroyed. She said removing one from a timeline to a separate timeline which is a different thing. It's explained later in a certain other show that it was supposed to happen that way.
Notice no television intro like the first three episodes, that's why it's called 'We interrupt this program'.

S.W.O.R.D. is a different government entity from S.H.I.E.L.D. The two branches have different focuses, goals, personnel, etc. Obviously, naming this group after a weapon implies a more aggressive approach to dealing with threats...
I hadn't picked up in the fact that SWORD was a more aggressive approach. Good catch!
@@reactswithjaxIn the comics, SHIELD deals with threats on Earth, while SWORD focuses on extraterrestrial threats (the comics universe deals with a LOT of aliens, way more than the MCU). You can liken them to the FBI (law enforcement within our borders) vs. the CIA (projection of power and foreign policy). It's different in this MCU version, especially with SHIELD post-Hydra, but the protector/aggressor dynamic remains.

Dr. Strange no longer has the time stone. Thanos destroyed it. The stone they borrowed from the past was returned by Captain America at the end of Endgame.

I never liked that part or logic, "(using) the Stones to destroy the Stones..." Like, the timeless Stones would allow for their own destruction!
@@genghisgalahad8465 Perhaps they don't cling to life like most mortals do. Maybe they're perfectly satisfied to exist as long as they do.
When Bruce snapped, he did make sure those returning were safe.
The filmmakers have stated that people who were in planes and vehicles and moving objects like that blipped back in a safe place on the ground.
Unfortunately, you then think about what happened to the passengers of aircraft that suddenly lost their pilots (like the helicopter in the Nick Fury post-credit scene in Infinity War) and crashed to their doom!
That's great that Bruce thought about everyone's safety. How sad for the people who died as a result of people disappearing when Thanos snapped.
This was really the critical episode! Those first two even three episodes were very mysterious. It was time for answers and boy oh boy did this one deliver!

Growing up I used to love reading comic books with Vision in them. I found him a very fascinating character. I never could image a machine being able to be so human like in one moment, and being able to increase his weight by tons, or become intangible, or solid as the hardest material in the next. He has so many strange capabilities to be a machine.
The show was filmed during COVID. There are some storylines that were changed or let go during the editing process. The commercials were part of a storyline that had to be cut and is probably better that it was cut. The same thing happened with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The one other enjoyable thing to do is watch the Marvel Assembled for each show. The Marvel Assembled WandaVision episode explained so much of the behind the scenes production.

Wanda desperately needed therapy after Endgame. I can’t believe Sam didn’t see that, if no one else did.

Wanda desperately needed therapy at every appearance of her character in the MCU.
This is a major problem for me with Wanda’s post Endgame appearance. Wanda needed help but obviously didn’t receive it. Why? Where were her friends? Did she refuse help? I hope that this is answered eventually.
This is like a few weeks post endgame. Everyone just got back and was also trying to reconnect with their families and put their lives back together. To put this on Sam is kinda wild. Also, people who need help are often the best at hiding it.
@@ruxin12 Sam was/is a counselor but I do agree that it shouldn’t be blamed on him. However, this is Wanda Maximoff who stood up to and almost destroyed Thanos by herself. You could see that she was struggling in Endgame. Wanda should have been monitored simply because of her power level. Unless Thunderbolt Ross interfered with Wanda getting help (which is distinctly possible) I’d like to know what happened.
WandaVision was a trip to watch (esp. spread out with weekly releases). The first few eps are a delightful homage to classic TV programs. I love the set design & the period details of those. But, yes, this was my fave episode. I LOVE Dr. Darcy Lewis & love that in this ep we get things tied back into the Infinity Saga that we all loved so much. The Blip portrayal was something I'd wondered about and wanted. Looking forward to watching the rest of the series with you! Great reactions! :)
The Snapped people didn't die; that's a common misconception. The merely blipped out. If you recall in Endgame Bruce actually said he had tried to bring Nat back, but she had died a real death. Same thing for Vision; he really & genuinely died when Thanos took the stone.
What most folks don't grasp (I got this from someone else's insight) is Wanda's personal time line. First she lost her brother, and had little time to grieve before she went into Avenger training. Then she fell in love with Vision, who was killed in Infinity War. She blipped out of existence until Endgame, and this show apparently started a few days after that, so she's had no time to process Vision's death yet.
You were busy cognizing, but they used a strange song, Voodoo Child, to end the episode where her twins were born.
Can’t wait for the next reactions! This show just keeps getting more and more crazy!

So, fun bit of trivia: the plot where Darcy sees and then figures out how to use the TV signal is lifted almost directly from "Contact." Some whole dialogue is taken from it.
From the events of avengers endgame final battle an episode 3 and 4 of Wanda vision it's been 2 weeks. When smart Hulk snap everyone back from the dead while also bringing them 5 years in the future he also calculated for people being in planes and elevators which is why it took smart Hulk so long to actually snap his fingers using the Infinity gauntlet. Not to mention the movies don't really get into it but gamma ray radiation what gave him his powers is also his weakness sort of like Superman and kryptonite which are pieces of Superman's homeworld. Monica's mother Maria Rambo form the organization S.W.O.R.D alongside Nick Fury turning the original 1995 police organization of S.H.I.L.D into the secret spy organization we know it from being from the previous MCU installments. After getting help from the shapeshifting alien skrull race.
That's great that smart Hulk was able to consider the safety of all the people coming back when he snapped.

I would absolutely watch an entire series about people dealing with being blipped. It would be a dramatic masterpiece in the right hands. There's already some interesting skits on TikTok that give a few examples of what could be covered in an episode.
Monica's return was of course during End Game, right after Bruce's snap. They then say Monica returned to work after three weeks, so EP1 was almost three weeks after the battle in End Game, perhaps only a few days after Stark's funeral.
So back in Thor 1, Darcy was majoring in political science. She was just interning with Jane Foster for some science credits. Apparently, she changed majors after that, and got a doctorate in astrophysics like her friend.

This was an extremely cool episode. Still one of the best episodes the MCU has produced. I really enjoy watching reactors realize:
1. Monica is the little girl from Captain Marvel.
2. FBI Agent Jimmy Woo, learned close up magic (because of Scott) and is also the voice coming through the radio.
3. Jane Foster’s intern (political science major) is now Dr. Darcy Lewis (with a doctorate in astrophysics ).
(About a year ago I suggested that you watch the Honest Trailers for WandaVision. Reminding you as I agreed to last year. )

This is the episode where it really went to the next level for me as well. They started giving us the answers that made the first three episodes better in retrospect. I am so excited to watch you finish this show and reach the conclusion. when this show first came out there were so many theories every episode as it was released weekly and it fit the television theme so brilliantly. The keeping you waiting makes it so much more enjoyable

Sprung into existence with it?(dont think its that simple, but anyways)… their power is the Universe’s power… so Wanda who got her power from an infinity stone, has an energy signature similar to said infinity stone, and therefore also the Universe

I really Like the fact that you posted your reaction to this episode instead of cutting it into pieces and posting 3 episodes in one video...coz this episode gives so many details..
They stated that when Hulk snapped everyone back he was intelligent enough to phrase it in a way that everyone was brought back to the safest place relative to their original position. This means that people on a plane wouldn't have appeared in midair and people wouldn't just appear inside another person if someone was sitting in the chair they were occupying.
there was a MEME going around about Agent Woo having his own Disney+ series solving anomoly's around the Earth. Like an X-Files show, and I have to say, That would be Awesome! I would totally be down for that LOL and I love how far he has come with his Up Close Online Magic Classes ;) lol you might of missed the card trick

I ama a fan-editor and when I put these episodes onto DVD I've edited them in such a way that they are full length movies...I also edited it into chronological order...I started with Monica returning from the blip and I've intertwined THIS episode in with the chronology of the three previous episodes.

hulk tried to modify the spell to bring black widow back but it failed, so he had time to think about his wish, lets hope he wished "everyone who was in motion is now on the next free ground place stationary outside a street" and also "when the place is taken come back at the closest free space" xD

Boy oh boy, when this episode came out, the internet chatter went absolutely bananas.
It was stated behind he scenes that when Bruce brought back everyone blipped out, they all returned in a safe place relevant to where they blpped out. So people who were on a plane, would likely have returned on the ground below where the plane was. Not that there aren't still problems from the people being back (their homes have new residents, spouses moved on to other relationships......) but there was not a rain of people falling from the sky. And of course people who died from planes crashing when the pilots blipped out and similar things are still all dead.
I will say that the opening scene of this episode, while showing people randomly reappear after 5 years of being dust, still has the most real feeling of any scene in this show because the panic and chaos that everyone has in this scene just feels so real
Hulk didn't just bring everyone back to life when he snapped his fingers, he also moved people to safety that would come back in a dangerous position. So the people that got snapped on a plane would survive the Blip.
14:55- Wanda's doing it all....Her power has hit a scary peak, sanity is eroding the more she keeps this false world going. I say it was between Pietro and Vision dying , it really didn't help her already fragile mind,. (In the Avengers comics, they were married for about 15 years, you saw how much they really loved each other.) Keep watching, Jax, it's gonna get wilder!
Only the flashback happens the day after the Endgame battle. We saw Wanda at Tony's funeral. But it's probably within a month or two.
All of Phase 4 takes place between 2023-2024 (except Black Widow and Loki) but most projects will tell you how long it's been since the blip ... they're not all exactly chronological so keep an ear out for references to when they take place. If it's not verbally stated you can usually tell what month it is in
WandaVision is a great show, every episode gets better and there are many surprises. WandaVision and Hawkeye are the two best shows from the MCU. Hawkeye also works in people coming back from the "snap".
S.W.O R.D. is the space station division to deal with threats outside the solar system as opposed to threats on the ground. 😮
Speaking of SWORD if you haven't already, you should try watching Agents of SHIELD on your own time (since it's pretty long). Just like WandaVision depicts the consequnce of "snap" on regular people, Agents of SHIELD tells the backstory about aftermath of big events unfolding in the movies up until Phase 3. It has some great movie actor cameos as well!
After this 4th ep , most of the marvel shows have kinda of unique things about the 4 episodes , I noticed

This was already an amazing show, but bringing back two of the best side characters in the whole MCU is a brilliant move. Randall Park is great in everything and Kat Dennings is awesome, hilarious, and makes me feel kinda funny, like when we used to climb the rope in gym class.😍
Doctor Strange no longer has the Time Stone in the Eye of Agamotto. The one he had was destroyed by Thanos, and the one the used in Endgame Bruce had borrowed from The Ancient One from the past, which was then returned by Cap.
In Marvel Comics (or most versions), Wanda and Pietro Maximoff are the twin children of no less than Magnus Maximoff himself aka Erik Lehnsherr aka Magneto with the general understanding being that both father and children believed the other dead only to re-unite later on under less than ideal circumstances. The Twins were considered the face of mutantkind to most of the world as members of the famous Avengers, doing their best to live up to impossible standards for their species while working for governments that want them to fail to save a race of which many of whom (the majority, even) would gladly genocide all Mutants. The point is that moment where Wanda takes control of all the guns and weaponry with ease intentionally mirrors Magneto's actions against the Police in the first X-Men film, showing that while she may not be biologically the daughter of Magneto in that universe she is still very much his daughter in spirit.

My feelings were similar to yours: I had very much enjoyed the first three episodes, but this one hit me like fireworks.
ok..during Hulk's snap (to return all that vanished), one mindset when Hulk did the snap is to make sure everyone is safe when they come back..so those that are in planes, cars, etc are safely returned somewhere..also, its not that they dont have memory of the last 5 years..for those that blipped, its like minutes only..so their most recent memory was the moment they vanished 5 years ago..
SWORD was shown in the episode..Sentient World Observation and Response Department..
its not a day after Endgame tho..it is set a few weeks after Endgame..
Strange doesnt have the time stone anymore..just the eye of agamotto..
2:51 Thats exactly what Bruce did. Anyone that was dusted from dangerous positions like on airplanes they would be positioned back in safer locations. But for everyone else that was already in safer postions they would reappear where they vanished from but it doesnt mean the people already in those positions wont react accordingly to that strange occurence.
Eye of Agamotto was basically a device holding the Time Stone helping The Sorcerer Supreme using differant aspects of the Stone more easily just somewhat like how The Infinity Gaunlet worked for Infinity Stones and now with Time Stone gone i don't think there is anything Strange can do with that 17:13

I'm so glad you did just one ep for this one and took your time analyzing. I always enjoy how you think. This is a show with a lot of depth and set up for future storyline possibilities beyond what the MCU has already created. While there are parts of the other shows that are questionable decisions, there is also magic in them. If you keep that in mind, and enjoy the magic (usually just two actors acting), you'll probably save yourself a lot of stress. Also, since you won't be drowning in the hype of the moment when you watch them, you might be able to escape the onslaught of opinion activists coming at you with pitchforks. What I love about you compared to some of the other reactors is that you remember bits and details and moments from the MCU and you always feel giddy... :)
This is definitely the episode that made me keep watching. 1-3 were like, ok, whats going on, it's intriguing but I can't do 9 episodes of sitcom-esque story that's sped up but also seems slow?
The Time stone, as with the others, was destroyed by Thanos. “I used the stones to destroy the stones.”
I think Bruce thought about bringing everyone back safely
Hulk made sure that people who are in dangerous situations were brought to safety.
A matter of fact neither Shield nor Hydra is no more. So don't worry about Hydra is indeed no more. And correct, this is aftet Endgame meaning Vision is indeed dead.

I wouldn't say this is the best episode of the series (in my opinion), but the reveals and seeing everything from the outside after three weeks of really great writing and storytelling and suspense building was a really good payoff that felt really good as a viewer. To watch along with the new characters and see them watching what we watched, while asking the same questions we asked was really well executed. Loving the reaction!!
Seeing the real world within the MCU was gonna be interesting.
Getting to see how things have been since the Battle of Earth ended and the universe was restored months ago.
Kat Dennings as Darcy and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo were nice additions too.
Teyonnah Parris as older Monica was perfect casting and great for her obvious superhero future.
S.W.O.R.D. was established by many including her mother, Maria for focus on space (post-credits of Spider-Man:Far From Home) and replacing the now defunct organization of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Monica living in Wanda's reality was crazy with her changing along with everyone else must've been difficult.
I figured it was all of Wanda's doing.
Being without Vision really hit her hard, she doesn't realize that she's becoming something worse or maybe didn’t care about the outcome.
Whatever was going to happen next was gonna be even more complicated until it was understood.
Actually, Bruce DID think of that. That is why, when he put on the guantlet, instead of saying 'Everybody comes back' he said "Everybody comes HOME". That made the difference.
Episode 4 is meant to be kind of holding a mirror up to us and having the characters trying to figure out the confusion that that we were all feeling. It's a nice little touch. You are doing really good trying to figure this out. I know last time I said there are clues everywhere and upon rewatch, probably the biggest clue they gave you was the music they chose for the outro of this episode.
Oh yeah, you know your comment about they could do a whole show about what happened when everyone returned? ...They kind of did and it's comes up soon after WandaVision.

Have you noticed that all the “commercials” star the same 2 actors? That they contain Easter eggs to previous events in Wanda’s backstory? Hm…
The original plan for the “commercials” was that they were attempts by Doctor Strange to get through to Wanda without breaking her mind by abruptly yanking her out of her reality. This would help set up the events of Multiverse Of Madness. But then COVID messed up all the shooting schedules, and Marvel had to retool the show. Too bad, because I’d really liked to have seen Strange in this show. I think they filmed them, but had to leave them out.

Personally, I prefer the MFery of the first three episodes - not only were they note-perfect recreations punctuated with unnerving moments, I prefer the feeling of "what the hell is going on?" and having to figure it out, versus having everything explained. Though for the pivotal expository dump episode, it was mostly well done and putting Darcy and Jimmy together was a stroke of genius.
When Bruce snapped in Endgame he and Tony said to make sure to bring everyone back in a safe place. They accounted for planes and such 🙌🏼

1:09 - Yeah, when you're binge-viewing, those recaps *ARE* annoying. But, since these episodes *were* originally released week-by-week, it's understandable why they did it.
From a week-by-week perspective, it makes total sense. It also let me know what the episode thought was important from previous episodes, which is helpful in a mysterious show like this.
I’ve rewatched this series twice and I still just love it. I think my favorite thing to come out of this series was the amazing chemistry we got with Jim Halpert and Darcy
But seriously they’re amazing together. So much so that Feige is trying to figure out how to give them a series. I believe it’s going to be an MCU version of X-Files
If it were me writing their series it would absolutely be X-Files style mysteries that culminate with them assembling Alpha Flight 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Feige should really hire me to write it because I’ve got their “come together” story already written out in my head

The Moving Parts of this Show are Vast! I am a Huge Marvel Comic Nerd from many years Back and I Still had to Really Watch the Whole Show Twice to Catch all the Small details (Easter Eggs and References to Other Marvel Movies) In this Show.
