My love to the family and friends who were gathered here, and all over the world, as we gratefully acknowledge the immense gift Gordon was to so many of us.
My life changed after his visit to Bangalore India in 1992, where he was with us for 6 weeks, teaching NT Theology. The last 3 decades of my life were completely changed as a result of having found my guru. ThM (1994-96 under him at Regent) and then later PhD at Princeton Seminary (2007).

Thanks for inviting us into this honoring moment. Somehow I was blessed to know Gordon from Evangel College days, then ICI in Belgium, and then especially in Vancouver at Regent-seeing him with tears falling while singing with hands raised in chapel. Such a model for our family. Every blessing!

I am a 23 year old Zimbabwean national currently studying medicine in beijing China. I never had the chance to go to regent , but what a blessing it was to have access to the online regent bookstore where i discovered Gordon fee. I remember him teaching me first Corinthians , and lecturing on chapter 13 on love and how it caused him to weep at the beauty of the Fathers love for us. That day i wept too, i purchased many more of his lectures and finally the New Testament and the bible began to open up to me in ways i couldve never imagined. He made the Holy Spirit come alive for me , and made me yearn to make him real in my own life and in the life of others. There is so much i can thank GOD for when ever i think of Professor fee ,the impact he has made in my life will never be able to be described in words. I am now working on getting material inspired by his work to other aspiring missionaries on university campuses here in china. Only YHWH knows if Gordon knew how many hearts his yielding to the spirit and years of study would set on fire ………truly “as you listened to him you never knew where exegesis ended and where worship began” …….. The best teachers are like candles that burn themselves for the sake of others, Because of your sacrifice Africa is Being impacted, Asia is being impacted, this generation is being impacted …….and your impact will last forever. I never got to meet you in person , but you put yourself into your lectures sooo much that listening to you felt like having you right next to me. I love you deeply and I pray that the LORD rewards you with the greatest of many crowns when you see the impact you continue to make.
My heartfelt condolences, comfort and love to the fee family, thank you for allowing us to join in this moment , we join you in celebrating the amazing gift Professor fee was to the world and longing to be united with him in the Glory. May God’s empowering presence , the Spirit that was ever so real to Professor Gordon , be ever present to comfort you as you grieve the loss of this amazing man from this side of glory.
