Hi Trainers! I'll be making a part 2 to this and any major meta changes will be updated in a new video or in this comment! Feel free to sub and click the bell to be notified :) Let me know what other tips you have for this whole new meta change in Pokemon Unite!
Thank you soooooo much Teeds! You are doing this community a massive service 💕 Hopefully everyone who plays this game watches this and we see some improvement with rank playing 🙏
Tip #11: Call your gosh-diddly-dang lane at the start of the match, and respect the player that calls the central area. It helps them help you with said farming, and getting an EXP lead.
Then you got those enemies that try to steal our teams buffs and central area. I’m not going to sit back and let them do that and try to steal that from the enemy 🤷🏻♀️ that’s not usually at the start of the match, but later int he game
@@ydgmdlu Maybe it's because Tsareena needs to get in contact with you before activating it. I mean, Tsareena doesn't bind you instantly. She has to physically touch you (not in an unstoppable phase) to bind you. Slowbro on the other hand, doesn't need to physically come in contact with you to bind you because bound already happens the second Slowbro uses it
Rayquaza shield grants roughly 30% dmg boost too. Means its even more important to destroy it if you dont have it, and try keeping it up if you manage to secure Ray so you can snowball late game even further.
You can also know which regi spawns with the sound they make. People who have played Pokemon for a lot of time will know how to different each regi, at least that's what I think. I can know which regi spawns because I know by memory what sound they make
I feel like the bottom regis are there mostly to set your team up for big team fights, so imagine pushing regileki into the second tier goal then your off laner took regi steel, all the sudden the team fight is in your favor while you're pushing.
I can’t count the amount of times we’ve won just by getting Elekie right before raquaza. This is why you hoard points and grind near the end, because then they have a choice, or a gamble if you will. Either try to get raquaza and risk getting out scored, go to stop the elekie and risk the other team getting ray, or split up and risk the whole team going for ray. It’s truly up to positioning
Neither of those moves damage through shields, but Charizard's basic attacks do if the target gets burned. Delphox unite move can be used to help break them before they get to your team's goalzone tough, and even be used on the enemy's goalzone when diving.
Ayy I'm in the clips for the first game😎 (Decidueye) - I agree with the fact Rayquaza is not as important as Zapdos was. But like you said, it's annoying when people don't realise they can counter score instead of Ray XD - The amount of times I see everyone rotate up to RegiRotom and leave Bottom goal open is too much XD. I usually have to stay bottom just to defend even though I'm the jungle because I don't see the benefit of letting someone gain all that experience and stack for free. It should always be 1 stays to defend and expect a 4v4 up top. - I never actually noticed the colours for the bottom Regis so I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for that. - BIRDS! My friend is learning jungle and he keeps forgetting about the birds even though I remind him constantly XD It's just free farm sitting there usually collecting dust until I go over there. So I know what you mean XD - The health at base does regen slower, but I think it feels slower than the goal zones is because we were so used to the Insta heal we had in remote stadium. But I agree with you in the fact that it's better to just use the goal zones for healing as you're walking up. Keep up the great work Teeds! And who knows, we might get another random game again XD
Just came back to the game after 205 days. There is a lot I have missed goodness me. The last Pokémon I remember being announced were Duraludon and Aegislash.
I was in voice chat yelling at my team not to attack ray when we had a huge lead. They did it anyway. It got stolen. They got wiped. We lost by like 20 points. I reported all of them.
a thousand times this. I had a game where we had all their goal zone down and all ours were up but the team just went in and did ray while the enemy team was respawning all 5 of them spawned around the same time so yea for some reason they all had their unite move up and all of us got wiped so free 500points plus whatever leftover. they won by like 15-20pts. so yea defend over taking in those situations.
Yes one time this happened me and my buddies were struggling to win they had lead by a goal zone so I was playing with sylveon all the five enemies were attacking rayquaza and I used hypervoice and took rayquaza shield it was the funniest match ever 😂
Ok here’s the deal with Slowbro’s unite, this move’s whole purpose, is score or unite cancels. The Unite move cannot be avoided unless you are invincible or invisible. Slowbro can do this because it’s unite move in the description cannot be stopped by any effect (other than the 2 mentioned before) even unstoppable, which happens to be the score shield’s effect. Please don’t hate me for mailing slowbro
1:35 that "Hello" sounds like a music/song teeds your voice is so sweet and melodious😍😌 Everyone else comes here to learn something but I come to listen to you your voice
Heres my number 1 tip for all players no matter what rank you are. Your map is there for a reason, always keep an eye on it even while fighting so you can know if you're gonna get help or if your team is lollygagging around (this is before watching the video so Ill edit it if she explain about it). Have you ever noticed that there's a lot of people trying to gank and disrupt your center player because I have. If your center player is getting attacked early do not ignore this and help out. If you center player is lower level than you then you are gonna have a problem that will snowball into the enemy continuing to counter your center and be so many levels ahead of you.
This is honestly my number 1 problem with the game right now. Like they saw me getting beat up and did nothing but watched and then when I'm dead, they ran away.
I remember when I started playing this game I watched the beginner tips of your. That was so informative and helpful. I hope you make those videos with every update.
Basic Tip: If a teammate is about to hit a power spike, they deserve the XP If a teammate is level 8 while you are level 10, give them the Baltoy also Play around everyone's power spikes and levels. An Absol and a Lucario may struggle a little more in lane because their power spikes happen at level 5, while if you replaced one if them with a Ninetails or Crustle, and they may do slightly better It's not that important to remember though.
Louche taught me Go with the momentum and back up your team. You cant just go off and solo objectives. If your team still go bot instead of eleki either stall that lane till they notice or back them so they can limp away. Same for farming and leaving your team fights. If they keep dieing it will tilt too far in levels out of your favor. Also Shhh dont tell them about the 8:00 birds. Thats my free farm on bad solo games. When i heared regieleki was the way i reversed the old rules of go top then ratate to dread. Now i play bulky def/all rounders go bottom. Try and get the lane birds and central birds. Try and break bottom then flip to the first eleki
Just today, I was playing slowbro. Everyone was battling in the center for rayquaza then my team's hoopa dropped the hole below me when I did unite move :') and since I couldn't move I get teleported to the base. Hoopa players please mind where you put your holes....
One thing i want to add, assuming it’s not already well known. If some enemies are attacking you at your goal and they’re lower health, use all the berries at your goal if there are any. If you take them, you will heal and the enemies cannot heal with them, ensuring you finish them off.
this isnt the best tip but its something ive learned thats helped me a lot: USE SCORE SHIELD!!!! score shield buffs + ray’s barrier make you COMPLETELY IMMUNE to any attacks from the enemy, when i run score shield i pretty much ALWAYS dunk a ton of goals! score shield + things like attack weight and aeos cookie can also help early game when you just wanna get those stacks in but the enemies are puppy-guarding their goalzone. i hope this helps anyone, cause it sure helped me!!!
Rayquaza shield + extra dmg is still too OP. If you still have your ult, you can use it before scoring so that you have an even bigger shield which makes it practically impossible to stop someone from scoring
I like to call Slowbro's unite move an "omni cc" cause it gets you no mather what. And it kinda makes sense to me, since that's all the move has going for it, cc
Hey! I just started playing Unite again and this video helped get me up to speed real fast, so thank you! The last tip about leaving base with less health is a VERY common thing in high ranks of League of Legends, so in my opinion that’s a good tip for those that can use it to it’s full potential.
The difference between slowbros hindering and others is that it is not actually a hindering anymore. Not the name "bound" above players now. There is a new section in practice that goes over this.
I haven't played the game in so long i remember greedent just came out when i started playing, and despite how fun the game was it felt very unrewarding winning most of the game/objectives and losing the zapdos fight only to lose a match. those current changes look great
Adding onto tip 7, you can use the minimap and click on the little pokemon head icon and the text will show you what that regi is. Don't know why you wouldn't pan the camera down, but I just found this out
Mamo can push pokemon away from the score goals using his bulldoze move. He can push some smaller Pokemon away when they are trying to score, but the rest he can't stop when they start scoring, only until their shields are broken. It's a good way to push opponents away when they are going towards your goals.
I remember my first game on this map, managing to steal Rayquaza kill and carry the team. Only to find out killing Rayquaza 20 is going to be hard so I change to a new Pokémon to complete it.
I was chilling at a 53% winrate at the beginning of the season. Brought it back to 58% Late game pokemon, can really make the difference. Doesn't matter if you get rolled in the beginning or middle. If you slay at the last regi and Raquayza Got a 65% winrate on full defensive items / emblems, sand tomb, tyranitar.
Yeah since I tend to play as Venu a lot, if we already broke all the goalzones and got Ray as well, I rather go back to base and defend cuz it's definitely much harder to score in the middle where the whole enemy team is just ganged up and can take your shield and a matter of seconds. Unless we're losing then its like might as well give it a try you know?
Few more tips.... 1) SACRIFICE ur MAIN sometimes, JUST CHOOSE DEFENDERS AND SUPPORTERS SOMETIMES. 2) Call out the lanes during selection, and plz, the one who selects center 1st let them go irrespective of roles(given defenders don't choose center, till now). 3) Respect the player who give calls to rotate around the map by rotating/scoring/defending. 4) Never leave ur goal zones alone, recently players just leave either the top/bottom goal zone when they get outnumbered(specially top) or with 1 player, plz that's pathetic and frustrating, stop this ultra and master class solo/duo/trio players, do the regi, push it to zone, score(if u hv points) and then just rotate back. U don't need to fi8 there, u r wasting time, scores and exp that u can get from wild. 5) while on lane, do not push after u cross the mid of the lane and stop fighting near the zone during early games, u guys can hold scoring for stacks nd gain levels nd defend instead of pushing and die. 6) during regieleki, just be 4ppl up there fighting trying to score and defending(don't use unite untill regi spawns), 1 stay at bottom, get levels, score if the goal is empty and do bottom regi(prioritise levels and score over bottom regi), in this way we still have goals in which makes a diff during late game push.
While this feels a little...rude...these tips are actully kinda help full as a "moba nood" (i have played lots of mobas but i always suck at them) so i will keep these in mind on my next solo que
@@princeOpalite3650sorry friend, but, i didn't meant to be rude to anyone. this is based on my complete experience of the ranked matches from few seasons. I m playing this game just after the launch, it was fun for me till 2-3 seasons, but after that, when I pushed rank and reached veteran and above, i started having this kind of experience frequently. So it could be rude, i might be rude, but some must understand that ranked games r not for trolls or trying out a new build or just coz u bought a new poken or wanna troll and throw games.
in solo que top lane is the priority lane pressure on top is scary plus when tier two tower is broken they are forced to rotate to regileki cause he can go to the mid tower ( one player can def bottom to prevent scoring)
Csreful with that last tip teeds, if you're at very low health and an enemy speedster/all rounder/attacker is around there's a very good chance that you'll get taken out if you try to heal at your goal (can't outheal the damage) it's situational whether it's better to head back to base or try and stick it out
Tip for all is to please, pretty please, gather at the central area at the 2:00 mark instead of sacrificing yourself and your Unite Move at any of the Regi’s.
In tip number four slowbro breaks though shield because the shield gives you unstoppable effect and slowbro's unite can break though any unstoppable effect.
Tip: before securing regieleki or rotom if you can destroy the goal do it when regeileki or rotom enters a goal they reduce the point amount to destroy it by 20 and lets you insta score so securing regieleki or rotom only to enter a goal that has 20 points needed to destroy is not very worth it so before securing them make sure you can destroy the goal if you can its a complete waste of time if you dont do this
You know what we need…we need better chat messages…we have a message for ignore enemy team, go level, and another for ignore enemy team, go score….so where is a message that says, ignore enemy team, go for objectives!
tips for regis from top players: Allways leave at least one person bot to take the bottom regi and secure the goal Take the tier 1 goal at top before commiting to regieleki, otherwise taking the bottom regi and scoring there is more usefull 'Bottom Regi + Stealing enemy jungle' >>> Regieleki
Question of the day: A tip from the beginning, but that still applies now, and in two parts: Call your lane, and whoever gets to call jungle, respectfully let them have it, because the person who would steal a bit might make the person who called jungle struggle to get their first evo, and who knows, maybe it would be one of the reasons in the end why you lose some of your games. And if you called jungle (first) with a mon that would mostly need it in your team, but see that a teammate wants to steal, steal it back. They're a holes because they either didn't call anything or didn't retract their call after seeing you already called it and knowingly steal. Yes, I'm writing that because I'm salty because of people who don't let me get the first Talon evo and the first move change, and postpone me getting Fly (no I don't play Brave Bird, but I'm doing as fine with Fly, tyvm). Sue. Me.
I haven't played since March switch to wild rift. But the wind of changes brought me back to unite and I appreciate this video! No ninja, viking, cowboy does amazing content like you 😎
I find Regieleki extremely overrated (even by top teams, that's why I'm confused... They focus Eleki, and in best case they don't push it, so kind of doing nothing of it ; and in worst case, they push it and lose the push.) It's still the same as Rotom : it's easy to defend, and if it's defended, then it's kind of useless. Sure, you apply some pressure on the team losing it because they have defend ; but you have to wonder how useful this pressure is. If it's 2:30, sure Regieleki is super important. But very often, the other team could farm while you're doing Eleki, which kind of balances the time they will lose defending it. Of course, that implies to know how to defend an Eleki. Usually rather easy (of course if enemy team has an Eldegoss and a Snorlax it could be different), but for some unknown reason, teammates despite considering having Eleki quite important ; seem to think that defending it is pointless...
Slowbro's unite is suppress thats why it can cast on pokemon that is scoring that has a rayquaza's shield or on a pokemon that is on a unstoppable state
Please do a video on comparison between float stone, razor claw and attack weight.... And what type of pokemons can make the most use of these items.....
I have a Tip and I think will help a team win a Game Almost every time in Aroma park and that's with Dodrio cause of the Score division dodrio has Let's say the enemy scores you would have to score twice to get your team to have 2x points on that Goal but with Dodrio it can Score 2 times and a 3rd time with 2x points and it's just Broken
I play off meta surf airslash cramorant with scope lens, weakness policy, and razor claw. Im still playing around with emblems but any emblem build that doesnt affect movement speed much should be fine (its better than sp atk cramorant imo)
The last one idk if it works for me cause I never like to go without full (cause even when playing Defenders I'm always squishy for some reason and go down incredibly fast)
Teeds by any chance, do u know how to report bugs? . Mews agility is bug. After u use surf or boosted attack and follow up agility to dash back. Mew will dash into the enemy even ur aim is to retreat it will fash into enemy. Also. Solar beam give 2stck for boosted attack
"Break their shields" Me using Tyranitar : what shields? You can actually interrupt the scoring while they're having Rayquaza shield using Tyranitar's second skill. Not so good counterplay but it's still work.
I can proudly say that I've been using attack weight from the very beginning and still do. Never understood how attack weight was not one of the most vital and crucial items for most people O.o
Cause it's not popular back then I think. In earlier season, players still defend their goal early game in fear of losing the tie breaker but now you can just past them to stack.
Another tip, If you're in a big lead and have at least scored a lot of points on both Tier's at top and bottom lane or top lane is destroyed. I suggest you DO NOT go for Rayquaza, but simply defend it by hiding in the bushes and stopping the enemies from coming in. Please. Stop. Going.For. Rayquaza if you're in a huge lead as you're at risk of making the enemies flip the game when one of them steals Rayquaza.
Some moves don't work because the enemies are unstoppable during scoring. But slowbro unite is meant to stop everything even unstoppable that's why it stops rayquaza score
The way that people go to Rotom in Remote Stadium and go to the bottom Regis in the new map seem oddly coincidental. It make me wonder if they truly don't know what to do, or if those are trolls.

Not just central if i imediately picked bot lane in 5 seconds im going bot lane. I wont retreat for you unless they are really throwing the lane
This!!! If only they would understand. Nowadays if jungle gets stolen I stay calm, farm lane, farm enemy jungle and get up to speed.

Slowbro's unite move is a 'Suppression' or 'Bound' move which puts the oppenent in a cc state even if they're in an 'unstoppable' state
Tsareena's Unite move is also a bind, and it does not work.

slowbro's ult is a suppression, so it has the highest priority in the game. mobas have few skills like this to put things in order.
this isnt the best tip but its something ive learned thats helped me a lot:
USE SCORE SHIELD!!!!
score shield buffs + ray’s barrier make you COMPLETELY IMMUNE to any attacks from the enemy, when i run score shield i pretty much ALWAYS dunk a ton of goals!
score shield + things like attack weight and aeos cookie can also help early game when you just wanna get those stacks in but the enemies are puppy-guarding their goalzone.
i hope this helps anyone, cause it sure helped me!!!
Also charizard fire blast also does true damage and burning ennemy also does true damage and so can ignore the rayquaza shield

He can push some smaller Pokemon away when they are trying to score, but the rest he can't stop when they start scoring, only until their shields are broken.
It's a good way to push opponents away when they are going towards your goals.
Yeah bulldoze
yes this already happened to me once as playing Mew. haha was a nice little surprise, not for me tho of course haha
One thing i love to do when fighing the enemy at their base is to use the speed potion or use dash abilities to take the berries from them
Slowbro ulti is "superior" cc, which bypass any immunity
I remember my first game on this map, managing to steal Rayquaza kill and carry the team. Only to find out killing Rayquaza 20 is going to be hard so I change to a new Pokémon to complete it.
I was chilling at a 53% winrate at the beginning of the season. Brought it back to 58%
Late game pokemon, can really make the difference. Doesn't matter if you get rolled in the beginning or middle. If you slay at the last regi and Raquayza
Got a 65% winrate on full defensive items / emblems, sand tomb, tyranitar.
@@Rohan-vm7cj dont ignore the compilement that was in there too...aka 75% of the comment
@@princeOpalite3650 didn't get u, can u plz explain?
in solo que top lane is the priority lane pressure on top is scary plus when tier two tower is broken they are forced to rotate to regileki cause he can go to the mid tower ( one player can def bottom to prevent scoring)
i had a game in expert where everyone called their lane and oml it was so nice not having to be pushed into bot lane as ninetales cause three went too
Csreful with that last tip teeds, if you're at very low health and an enemy speedster/all rounder/attacker is around there's a very good chance that you'll get taken out if you try to heal at your goal (can't outheal the damage) it's situational whether it's better to head back to base or try and stick it out
Imagine how buff you could get if on top of the Rayquaza boost you got Blissey's Buddy Barrier boosted Unite Move
Especially if that blissey spammed you with support moves beforehand that would be a sight to behold
@@GunmarTheBlack followed up by your own buddy barrier boosted unite move and eldegosses unite boosted unite move along with its cotton shield.
@@User-15328 Just imagine the possibilities, especially if your Unite Move gave you a shield or Rage state, your entire HP could end up being white
Scizor's unite move also works. I think the moves that pushes pokemon away does work
Tip for all is to please, pretty please, gather at the central area at the 2:00 mark instead of sacrificing yourself and your Unite Move at any of the Regi’s.
People still think bottom objective is vital but it's all about the regileki play now
Charizard passive burns true damage when doing normal attacks on burning targets, for disrupting scores with rayquaza shield
Teeds being super pro and become a calculator. Mr mime in the back getting jumped by the whole team
map awareness. so fricken important. always know what's spawning and where. what team fights are happening and where.
In tip number four slowbro breaks though shield because the shield gives you unstoppable effect and slowbro's unite can break though any unstoppable effect.
Tip: before securing regieleki or rotom if you can destroy the goal do it when regeileki or rotom enters a goal they reduce the point amount to destroy it by 20 and lets you insta score so securing regieleki or rotom only to enter a goal that has 20 points needed to destroy is not very worth it so before securing them make sure you can destroy the goal if you can its a complete waste of time if you dont do this
Blastoise somehow interrupts Rayquaza-score-shield with those water canons and surf. I don't know why, by those mini stuns helps.
Charizard also deals true damage through the burn mechanic, so he can stop scores with the rayquaza shield.
You know what we need…we need better chat messages…we have a message for ignore enemy team, go level, and another for ignore enemy team, go score….so where is a message that says, ignore enemy team, go for objectives!
tips for regis from top players:
Allways leave at least one person bot to take the bottom regi and secure the goal
Take the tier 1 goal at top before commiting to regieleki, otherwise taking the bottom regi and scoring there is more usefull
'Bottom Regi + Stealing enemy jungle' >>> Regieleki
Question of the day:
A tip from the beginning, but that still applies now, and in two parts:
Call your lane, and whoever gets to call jungle, respectfully let them have it, because the person who would steal a bit might make the person who called jungle struggle to get their first evo, and who knows, maybe it would be one of the reasons in the end why you lose some of your games.
They focus Eleki, and in best case they don't push it, so kind of doing nothing of it ; and in worst case, they push it and lose the push.)
It's still the same as Rotom : it's easy to defend, and if it's defended, then it's kind of useless.
I was 5-stackling at 1600. I played 10 games, and in 10 games the enemy jungle invaded. Feels meta like 1-1-3 used to be.
when I played pokemon unite when I got cinderace i farm a lot my cinderace has pyro ball and feint
Slowbro's unite is suppress thats why it can cast on pokemon that is scoring that has a rayquaza's shield or on a pokemon that is on a unstoppable state
Treevenant's push can stop shielded scoring if you use it just after your unite move!
I believe that Charizard’s burn also counts as true damage, which bypasses Rayquaza’s score shield
please don't
@@cheeze588 Are you referring to my comment of the giveaway scam thingy? I’m aware it’s a scam, wish YT would do something about it

Im still playing around with emblems but any emblem build that doesnt affect movement speed much should be fine (its better than sp atk cramorant imo)
also theres no shame in going off meta, except when u play it in rank when u just made it up
I’m trying to figure out the song in the background when the video starts LOL sounds like SMW but not sure
Omg i saw talonflame dying in air 😂😂
The last one idk if it works for me cause I never like to go without full (cause even when playing Defenders I'm always squishy for some reason and go down incredibly fast)
Pretty sure the different regi cries are in this game. If you know which cry corresponds to which regi, you don't need to look.
"Break their shields"
Me using Tyranitar : what shields?
You can actually interrupt the scoring while they're having Rayquaza shield using Tyranitar's second skill. Not so good counterplay but it's still work.
I can proudly say that I've been using attack weight from the very beginning and still do. Never understood how attack weight was not one of the most vital and crucial items for most people O.o
Cause it's not popular back then I think. In earlier season, players still defend their goal early game in fear of losing the tie breaker but now you can just past them to stack.
Great video ☺️
Another tip I will give is NOT attack Rayquaza ALONE or when the whole enemy team is alive.
That James clip with the Magikarp is gold
Some moves don't work because the enemies are unstoppable during scoring. But slowbro unite is meant to stop everything even unstoppable that's why it stops rayquaza score
charizard also does true damage like ttar, but only to burned opponents.
another tip would be zoning enemies out of rayquaza instead of giving them a chance to steal it if your team is in the lead.
Right when you said Magikarp my Magikarp just evolved in Pokemon Conquest. Uh oh. 🤣
The way that people go to Rotom in Remote Stadium and go to the bottom Regis in the new map seem oddly coincidental. It make me wonder if they truly don't know what to do, or if those are trolls.

Also need to mention that trev’s push move can’t stop the shield
I can't believe it's already been 3 years since unite released!
You mean 1 year...

You should try Slowbro a bit more, I feel like you might have a thing or two in common.
