Mother was toxic but the Broad sings down! I’m happy you reacted to this. When I first saw this I watched it more than the kids rewinding that part 🤣🤣🤣🤣
SO glad you covered the reprise as well! It's honestly one of my all-time favorite Disney musical moments - just such a flawless combo of great composition, lyrics, and performance.
Please deconstruct Donna Murphy singing “Could I Leave You” from the Sondheim Birthday Concert. She’s wearing a red dress. It will knock your socks off.
Donna Murphy is truly a chameleon onstage. Her voice changes totally to suit the character as does her movement, breath, and energy. If you have a chance to see her live, run to the theater or the concert. She won a Tony for the revival of The King and I and as Fosca in Sondheim's "Passion."
I've only just found this channel, but i love the way you break down songs. You're so perceptive with how and why certain sounds are the way they are. I'd love to see you do a breakdown of "snake eater" by Cynthia Harrell from the metal gear solid series, i think there would be a lot of stuff for you to cover in that song.
Would love for you to make a supercut video of Jack Skellington's Songs in Nightmare Before Christmas, just like you did with the Muses Songs in Hercules.
This was great songwriting because it took all of her evilness, her insults, her demeaning and demoralizing attitude, and hid it behind an upbeat, animated, cutesy song. You're literally listening to a laundry list of insults and mockery and you can't help but bop along.
This is one of the only Movies on which the Latin Spanish dub is as good. You should definitely check it out! Both Rapunzel and Mother Gothel actresses are amazing in it.
Honestly an underrated song you should review is Bette Midler sing perfect my dear is me from Olvier In Company. Behind poor unfortunate souls thats my 2nd favorite Disney song

Would it be too much to ask you to do songs from Steven Universe, Helluva Boss, and Hazbin Hotel?
I’ve always wanted to do Steven Universe songs, but I didn’t know if people wanted to see that. I LOVE those songs.
I know this is pixar but if you haven't done this yet maybe Eddie Murphy as donkey singing I'm a believer in shrek??
