@@droigy I have tried that but it doesn't do anything,the phone stays on, it's a Samsung A70 and I'm trying to sell it but forgot the password,the volume down and power button forces it to shutdown but it doesn't bring up the recovery mode page and the phone is on airplane mode if not I would have used Google find my phone to reset it,so please help me
@@LORD6TH_ART Did you connect the phone to the computer? You need to use a USB cable to connect to the computer to enter recovery mode.

Yes my friend, I am stuck in safe mode and when I restart the phone the airplane mode is on and the safe mode does not go (you phone started in safe mode) I see this message and that the phone needs a factory reset
