That toxic fan character is hands down the scariest character in the show because that is someone you’d DEFINITELY meet in real life. Vivienne Medrano freaking nailed it with that character.

Ikr? But the only problem I have with Blitz killing him, was that he killed him TOO quickly for my liking.

Fizz’s 2 minutes notice actually lasted 2 minutes! Reminds me of how Stolas actually took 20 seconds exactly after he said he would meet up with Blitz. Fun little details make this so much better!

Because of that look Blitz gives Ozzie and Fizz after he asked “who tops” I am now convinced he’s gonna start watching and following them the same way he does to Moxxie and Millie.
He's been in love with their relationship from the moment he first learned about it, honestly. Look at the way he smiles in "Oops" when Fizz is acting bashful and then he just looks like he's trying not to laugh when he tries to cover it by being horny. XD
Seriously, though, he's definitely gonna stalk 'em to watch 'em. Or maybe he, Ozzie and Fizz can actually talk things out and he'll realize that HE can have that too, if he only lets Stolas in.

One thing i noticed throughout the episode: even the robo-fizzies look uncomfortable. You know you're doing something wrong when even the ROBOT doesn't like you or the situation you're putting it in.
“…congregating a bunch of clowns together sounds just… terrifying…” Agreed, they’re called Juggalos 😂
I feel like "you're gonna regret revealing that" could mean now Oz's enemies know his weakness is Fizz much like Stryker and Crimson.
That's what I'm thinking. Instead of it being "the worst kept secret in Hell", it's now an out and known relationship with clear confirmation and Oz is going to have to get Fizz a dedicated bodyguard, because BlitzØ has his own work and I don't know if Ozzie paid him for helping out here.
I don't think it is that, remember what Oz is supposed to be, you don't need to be in love to feel lust and Oz is the embodiment of lust, he always said love is stupid and now he feels that, for a lot of people is fine but not for him.
I was thinking in a different problem, like the others sins. At least Bee wouldn't care, since she dates a hellhound

I think the reason Fizz felt like Ozz would leave is because after the accident, Blitz was suddenly not there. Someone who was his best friend ,his equal!
How could a king of hell love him and stay with him after everything, when he thought Blitz didnt?
i love the bit with the sign language, it was absolutely adorable, there's a theory that Imp horns have something to do with their hearing, both Fizz and the kid have broken horns, the kids are worse than Fizz's. both very down to the stumps whereas Fizz has at least half of one of his horns as we see in his dressing room, so if the theory is right it would make sense as to why Fizz knows sign language, being hard of hearing himself, and there has been hints of him having a soft spot for people/beings with disabilities, one of his "dogs" is albino and has a wheelchair
A small detail that I noticed everyone miss was that Asmodeus' at the end, in his big form, his flames form hearts, the same happens when he's angry in OOPS, same with the fireplace in his office. It's an adorable detail
I noticed this and even mentioned it to my fiance, and she absolutely gushed over it. It's such an amazing subtle detail for his character as the King of Lust!

Then the credits saying "Written by Vivienne Medrano" pops up. Pretty god sight gag, I have to say. Also, I love the scene between Fizz and the boy with the broken horns speaking sign language. Imagine it, Fizz saw himself in that kid and was his hero, it was so heart warming!
I can’t help but LOVE Mammon, he’s so easy to hate. Michael Cusack absolutely KILLS, his voice is so full of character it’s insane

I love how you realize that 2 minute notice is about leaving your abuser and not just a bad boss (not that that interpretation isn’t valid) but the former is the real heart of the whole song
The funny thing about the 7 sins is that almost all of them can be tamed or moderated to a healthy degree.
Pride is the standard of quality people holds themselves to. Without Pride, there is no achievement or innovation.
Lust is the primal desire which Love evolved from. Without Lust, Love holds less passion and nuance.
Gluttony is the enjoyment of things beyond the essentials. Without Gluttony, there is no thriving, only surviving.
Wrath is the desire to right the wrongs that have been perpetrated. Without Wrath, there is no risk of retaliation to mitigate personal slights.
Sloth is the innate need to slow down and rest.
Without Sloth, we’d all end up burning out and in ruts.
Depending on who you ask, two or even only one of these sins end up too slippery of a slope to control.
Envy is both the resentment of someone for things or traits that ultimately mean little as well as the recognition of inequitable treatment.
Without Envy, it’s easier to keep the previous five sins in check, but it’s also easier for the true worst of all to go unnoticed.
Greed is the desire for power, no matter who is stepped over in the pursuit of it. The issue with Greed is that the line of too much is easy to miss. And once someone crosses it, it’s near impossible to drag them back.

That’s why I for one was excited to meet Mam. I thought like Oz and Bee he’d somehow make Greed look like it didn’t have to be a bad thing. But no, he’s exactly what you’d think the demon embodiment of Greed would be like, greedy. But with three other sins remaining (minus Pride because that’s for HH) we can still hope the kinder sins outnumber the bad?

@@michaelbrowne3088I hear that (may be inaccurate) in a past thing 3 of the sins were more "lax" and "chill" (Ozzie, bee as we've seen) and 3 were more full on like mammon. It's probably not all going to be true as well things evolve, but probably a good theory to how things might or might not play out.
I love this. Fizzy and Ozzy have gone from antagonists that humiliated Blitz and Stolas to *one of the most wholesome, cutest couples in the show*
I love that Blitzo's and Fizz's relationship isn't just magically hunky dory after last episode. It's realistic.
Fun fact! The voice actress for the Glam Sisters also voiced Katie Killjoy from the Hazbin Hotel pilot in addition to all the other amazing rolls you listed!

In case it wasn't clear from Mammon being Australian, the word he kept saying that was being censored was the "C-U-Next-Tuesday" word.
..I still don't understand how that's in any way worse than literally any other synonym of that word.

Its literal definition is just a slang word for the female genitalia; in America it's the absolute worst thing you can call a woman (sometimes referred to as "the female N-word"), while in the UK and Australia it's basically punctuation. UA-cam being owned by Google, an American corporation, therefore considers it profanity.

Honestly ... Mammon did this episode for me, his design, voice (Michael killed it !), his character... everything is such a treat and what makes a perfect villain ! Can’t wait to see more of him ! Also, as a devoted follower of OneyPlays ... Zach Hadel’s screams in the background is pure comedy gold !

Honestly, to me, Fizzarolli's vent made it seem like he and Asmodeus wouldn't have met if it weren't for Mammon. You know how Mammon even said way back then that he'd make a s3x doll out of anyone who joins him? And the fact Asmodeus commented that he feels uncomfortable making those same very things for Fizz now? It shows that the two sins did have a pro-longing (yet not really mutual, both hate each other) partnership in terms of business before he entered both of their lives.
It does seem questionable how Fizzarolli out of all people caught Mammon's eye but I could only guess the circus incident made it to main headlines that it was something he viewed profitable of. Or maybe learning the fact Fizzarolli is a long time fan of his made him easier to take advantage of and do what he says when he was at his worst state yet, thus Mammon might've lead him to Asmodeus himself to get his fair share of advanced prosthetics. And the rest to happen between Ozzie and Fizz? It's history.

Mammon really is like the worst extreme of a Pageant mom,
and it doesn't help that he clearly presented himself as a father figure to Fizz
Ozzie and Fizzarolli are such a great couple and I’m really glad he and Blitz are both friends again! Also this episode really drives home the lesson in never meeting your heroes, because sometimes they aren’t the people you were expecting them to be and to stay away from fans that are toxic, obsessive, and psychopathic.
I feel Mammon’s remark about Asmodeus is gonna come true.
Well duh, he wouldn't have said it otherwise.
I mean only problem is out of the other Sins who’s going to care Bee is with Vortex Lucifer will likely have a Representative since he’s in Hazbin Hotel Satan,Leviathan and Belphegor we haven’t seen yet and probably wouldn’t really care since they’d be focused on their own jobs and life Mammon only really goes after Ozzie because he lost his biggest source of income

Weirdly enough Hell does have a prison. We saw it in season 2 episode 3 of Hellova Boss. That's how Moxie met Blitz.

I mean.. imo both are fine, as long as you keep it to yourself/don't force yourself on those people. Like, you know? Preferably you wouldn't but if you had to don't be weird about it.
I've seen people say that he probably knows sign language due to loosing his voice after the accident, which would make sense since his vocal cords has obviously been affected so it wouldn't be surprising if there was a time he possibly couldn't speak. And I've seen the idea that the horns represent there hearing, so if one or both are broken they have less hearing or possibly deaf. The two ideas are cool and would make complete sense why fizz knows sign language. I would also love it if ozzie knew sign language himself, it'd just be so adorable seeing the two (fizz and ozzie) having a conversation through sign language.
I like the ideas, but imo the horns thing would be better left as "can have, doesn't affect hearing".
This might just remain to be the best episode of Helluva Boss I have ever seen.
I gotta say it’s so impressive to see the dancing. I hear it’s notoriously difficult to animate. I also have to admire Blitz for never being able to let a moment sit there. 😂
Hell yeah, This is without a doubt the best musical episode of the show yet! I loved every second of it!
It was very interesting to finally see Mammon make an appearance in the show Michael Cusack did an amazing job voicing the character, I especially loved seeing his and Ozzie's full demon forms they were both totally badass! And it was real treat to see Fizz and Blitz and Teens again, their interactions in this episode were just awesome.
And now that Fizz and Ozzie's secret's out, I can't wait to see what the fallout of it will be like. I mean the audience in this episode seemed cool with it since they were cheering a little, But the people of Hell are still no doubt gonna call them hypocrites and what not..
And the Glitz and Glam sisters instantly became my new favorite side characters I like that they were voiced by Faye Mata, They were hot, sassy and damn could they sing and dance! And they certainly made interesting rivals for Fizz in this episode!
Yes... hell has a prison system. Moxxie and Blitzo met in jail after Moxxie got caught doing the job for his father with Chaz.
Fizz and the deaf child is an amazing moment. And it shows that Fizz legitimately enjoys making people laugh and be happy.
God if I ever meet Alex Brightman I will be happy to just ask his thought process of Fizz’s break down as that tore my heart out and how much fun was it to sing 2 Minutes Notice
2 minutes notice is such a great breaking free song. I could feel such emotional energy put into it.
Ozzie and Fizz are clearly the best couple in hell I’ll be shocked if somehow someone surpasses their level of healthy romance. Mammon was an entertaining character we knew he was gonna be an asshole but he has a charm about him that I would like to see again. I’m so on board for a Sins fight cause I think Ozzie would win against Mammon just due to fire being better against Mammon’s webs but who knows what they are capable of.
Millie and Moxie are the only ones that could possibly rival Fizz and Ozzie,

16:24 I actually spoke with Vivienne Medrano yesterday, my best friend who was unable to attend the level up expo in Vegas wanted me to extend a special thank you to her since he himself is deaf and loved this tender moment of actual sign language being represented in this episode. She was touched by the heartwarming gesture and appreciation.

Everyone keeps missing that mammon didn't continue to "not get it", he just didn't care until the audience knew it's about him
and more than that, he truly only cared when it cost him money--when fizz actually officially quit. before that, he was upset and annoyed once fizz namedropped him, but he didnt do anything except push away the cheering fizzbot, and angrily eat some popcorn. the audience still loved the song, so it was still making him money. but all bets were off once fizz made it 1000% clear this was a retirement and not just letting off some steam.

Love this episode glad we got to see more Fizz and Ozzie so I'm glad we hot this high note.
However according to the title of the next episode "Full moon" it's either gonna be Loona based or Stolas with Blitz, now that Stolas has the crystal it could go horribly wrong with how bad at dealing with emotional things those two are.

Likely Mammon is going to attack Asmodeus in a more political or economic sense rather than an assault.

To answer your question... yes: Hell has a prison. In fact, it's where Blitz and Moxxie first met, in one of the flashbacks from the "Exes and Oohs" episode, if you don't remember.
Loved that episode, the best for me in the series. From the the amazing songs (my favorite is 2 second notice "fuck you"). This was such a good episode for Fizz. He is a really well developed character. Ending his job as Mommons maskot was the step in the right direction. I aslo like how they showed the toxic side of fans. I am exited to see, in which direction Fizz' character will go after that. Especially now that Ozzis and Fizz relationship is now open to the world. And Ozzie is still the best boyfriend. Love their relationship. Fizz x Ozzie ❤

And so, finally, Mammon has made his appearance.
His name is Hebrew and literally means “money” or “wealth”. As such, he is the go-to representation for the Sin of Greed (which, btw, doesn’t have to be exclusively for money; it can be for any sort of material wealth, really). In fact, he represents both wealth and money in the New Testament where it is said that one “cannot serve God and mammon” (Matthew 6:24) at the same time.
He’s usually depicted either as a tall man holding bags of money or a tall noble human with golden hair wearing fine clothes. So this show certainly took a lot of creative liberty with his design (and tbh, I love it).

Also, gotta say, got chills seeing two lords of hell face off in their true forms. Biggest chills since Stolas went full demon to save Blitz in "Truth Seekers".

it was about 15ish years between that first scene and the rest of the episode, its likely a rebrand he went through after Fizz officially joined him

I'm so glad Fizz and Ozzie have been in the last two episodes to show Stolas and Blitzø what a healthy happy loving relationship can be between a Royal and a "lowly" Imp! I'm desperately hoping it will allow Blitzø to let Stolas in just a tiny bit in the next episode "Full Moon" where they will be having a duet together!!!

this was such a good episode because not only is it about the problems with talent exploitation and everything that happened with britney and kesha but mammon is essentially a mix of of the most awful producers (dan schnider, vince mcmann and the weinstien brothers)
