Thank you for mentioning that we are used to seeing super-modern homes and apartments from other influencers. And then we look at our own place, (we've been here 24 years now) and feel like something is “wrong.” As long as it is clean and organized, there is nothing “wrong.” My husband and I are of the thought of, “if it's not broken, why replace it?” We get compliments all the time, and it truly startles me, when it shouldn't. Thank you for that! xo
As weird as it sounds, your home feels like home to me. I feel safe watching your videos, and it truly does feel like you’re a trusted family member or something and I’m just staying the night at yours, helping you clean and organise. Thank you for keeping things real ❤️
You're my #1 favorite influencer. After all these years you're the only one I watch consistently still. I adore your attitude towards life with frugality and you deserve good things.
I love how minimalist and organized all of your things are. It always inspires me to minimize and organize my things even more! I am a pretty good minimalist, but can never seem to get things down to where I really want.
Just a thought, you could get battery operated motion lights for your closet. They stay up with 3 M strips that won’t strip the paint. My closets are dark and doing this has changed my life. 😊
Your home is lovely. And I recommend the "fur-minator" for a cat brush. It's not super cheap, but I've used it for 7 years with my cats and they love it! And I love it too because it releases the hair with the push a button!
Pacifica has an amazing vegan sunscreen with collagen. I've bought it several times with the discount codes you have provided us with. For being acne prone and sensitive skin, Pacifica sunscreen is the best!
For the sharps container. If there is a local Kaiser facility to you, they have self service disposal bins. I use sharps several times a day due to type 1 diabetes and this is how I dispose of them for free.
At home we accepted the cat fur 😅 I only use the roller when I go to a really important place. Regarding the cat brush, mine likes one that is like a silicone glove
I have a cupboard of doom in my house and this has inspired me to *finally* sort it out and get some kind of organised system in there! Love from the UK 🥰
I use Pacifica, Mattify & Protect Daily Priming Lotion SPF 35, Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB with Vitamin C, Zinc, Octocrylene and Niacinamide for an everyday sunscreen. I have sensitive skin especially my neck and breakouts when I eat too much sugar and this sunscreen works great for my skin type.
Hi, Kyra and Milo. When you were showing the stuff you planned to donate, my first thought was, "Who on earth wants a nearly- finished toilet roll?!" Thank you for explaining it was a lint roller!!! 😂😂😂
Hi KyraAnn, I would use lint the spare roller just by putting something round amd long in the middle, it doesnt have to match anything. Thanks for your videos, I like it, watch it and wait for more 😊
La roche posay has amazing sun screens for sensitive skin. I had adult acne in my 20s and their products worked so well for me. I still use the La roche products to this day.
Hi @Kyra, I have a struggle finding new sunscreen also, I recently bought @Farmacy green defense sunscreen and loving it so far! It’s safe on my dry skin and mineral based. Just incase you’re gonna do sunscreen shopping
Hey Kyra …. I was thinking …. In that closet you organized… swap out the bad shelves up top where you w them , and put the better ones down low so you don’t cut yourself
Kyra, it’s okay to not be 100% happy with everything in your apartment. Sometimes I feel annoyed or dissatisfied with things in my house but that in no way means we’re ungrateful. I always say this, but you’re human, allow yourself to be human. If people don’t like that, that’s their problem. Also I love you videos girl!
They have a bigger almost “broom” version of the uproot cleaner that is great for bigger areas!! I am planning to get it eventually for our big area rug! I think it is like $50 so could save you some time and energy!😊
Also! Unsure if you have ever tried it, but the Hero Cosmetics sunscreen is supposed to be great for acne prone skin and is clean and vegan 😊 has a green tint to it which also helps neutralize redness, I personally love this sunscreen and is by far my favorite!
It's alright, definitely getting old now. My partner purchased it back in 2021 and I believe he paid around$130 for it. I personally never use it anymore since it's pretty slow at times and make me very tired. There's no incline button and the speed only goes up to a slow fast walk, if that makes any sense.
@@Living.minimal i thought that is how it would be, I have a gym here in community but treadmills are always taken, I just don’t want a big one in my home, I guess I’ll keep walking outdoors, but in Carolina it’s so hot Glad Milo is doing so well, hugs xo
I am currently using & love the formula of Black Girl Sunscreen Make It Matte spf 45 (Target). Olly Women's Vitamin Gummies. I take St Tropica hair supplements. The hair vitamins really work. I have been taking them around 5 or more years.
They didn't prescribe the meds. The FIP mediatication is techally still illegal in the US so I had to purchase the meds through a vendor from china. He only goes to his vet for monthly blood work. I already tried to see if they would take the containers and they said no.
I know that it might be out of your budget right now but when you can, it may be helpful to see a dermatologist. After 31 years last year, I finally saw a dermatologist who prescribed me hormonal balancing pills and it has changed my adult acne! I've had bad acne since I was 14 years old and I wish I fessed up the $95 to fix a lifelong insecurity. This is one of the best investment i've made. Could be a helpful tip to others who are hesitant on spending that hefty dermatologist fee.
Happy this is a declutter vid since I'm trying to get myself to clean. Had to rehome a kitten yesterday and just feeling low today and not to do anything.

My husband and I are the same. If it’s not broken it’s ok. 😊
As weird as it sounds, your home feels like home to me. I feel safe watching your videos, and it truly does feel like you’re a trusted family member or something and I’m just staying the night at yours, helping you clean and organise. Thank you for keeping things real ❤️
I love this comment ❤ I can relate, Kyra feels like the friend I’ve always wanted and this just feels like we’re hanging out.

Love organizing and decluttering videos 🫶🏼
Yay! Thank you!
Thanks for the organizing inspo. Glad to see Milo looking happy and adorable as always! Hope you’re doing well!
Yesss love these types of videos! Already excited for part 2 when it comes out :)
You can take the sharps container to a pharmacy. My husband has diabetes and he takes his sharps container to cvs.
Furminator cat brush is the best brush I have used. It's more pricey but it has lasted me so many years!
I like helping cats (from family or stray cats) so I keep all the cat's stuff because you never know when someone will need it
Just a thought, you could get battery operated motion lights for your closet. They stay up with 3 M strips that won’t strip the paint. My closets are dark and doing this has changed my life. 😊
I’ve done the same with puck lights in my closet.
Just because!
You can spray oil on the metal wherever it is making noise it will stop making noise
We tried that and WD40, nothing seems to work :( they track seems to be broken. That's ok though, we still make it work.
I get so happy every time you upload ❤☺️
And I get so happy when you guys are here

Sharps can be turned in to your local pharmacy - they have a safe disposal system. 😊
OMG where? I went to my local CVS (in target) and Walgreens (in the mall) and they no :(
Also maybe try a school? I take my sharps to our office--of course, I'm a teacher, so...but it's worth a shot.
Also, what about your vet?
For the sharps container. If there is a local Kaiser facility to you, they have self service disposal bins. I use sharps several times a day due to type 1 diabetes and this is how I dispose of them for free.
I just got really tired but I don’t want to nap and ruin my nights sleep. First thought, I need Kyra to keep me company and stay motivated!
At home we accepted the cat fur 😅 I only use the roller when I go to a really important place. Regarding the cat brush, mine likes one that is like a silicone glove
I was literally about to exit youtube to go to sleep but I saw you post a new video and was like "what is sleep?" 😂
Your too sweet
You can take your sharps container to your vet or local vet as well!

A small step ladder would be useful to store at the bottom to help you reach the top.
La roche posay has amazing sun screens for sensitive skin. I had adult acne in my 20s and their products worked so well for me. I still use the La roche products to this day.
Unfortunately they still test on animals 😞

That would be such an awesome idea! If only the only the other shelves didn't have rust as well on them 😅 #cantwin
@@Living.minimal I CANT!!!!😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the video! I have a dog but I use the Furminator brush, it's great!
Most vet clinics will allow you to drop off your pet’s sharps containers for them to dispose if you are a client there :)

The elf sunscreen is fab. It's 11.99 at walmart right now! 🎉
Also if you like a matte look. Australian gold tinted sunscreen in matte is AMAZING!!!!🎉
Kyra I saw in your bedroom the treadmill, how does it work is it well made and sturdy?

Definitely try a clear hair gloss treatment, gets rid of all the dryness in my hair
OMG really!! Is it healthy for your hair? I've never heard about this product before.
Try willow bark for the headaches.

Milo wants his toy out to play with! ❤️😉
He's always up for play time lol
Kyra, try rosemary water and amla oil. My hair has been healthier since using these products. ❤
Thanks for the tip hun! Does the amla oil dry out your hair? I heard mixed reviews on the amla oil.
@@Living.minimal Of course! No it doesn't. I actually use it as a hair treatment. I put it on my scalp for 10-20 min then rinse it out.
Dispose the needles at a pharmacy they do here in UK.
Research Elf Glow Sunscreen. It’s tinted sunscreen. I like it. It does smell like sunscreen , but I like it lol It’s $14
I've been hearing a lot of good things about this sunscreen. Might have to check it out for myself.
Take the container to the vet. If they prescribed the medication they supposed to take the needles.
They didn't prescribe the meds. The FIP mediatication is techally still illegal in the US so I had to purchase the meds through a vendor from china. He only goes to his vet for monthly blood work. I already tried to see if they would take the containers and they said no.
Where is the treadmill from?
My partner purchased it from amazon back in 2021, they don't sell that brand anymore but if you look up "apartment treadmills" they all pop up.
@@Living.minimal awesome thanks
CVS will take the sharps.
👍
Just curious why does your boyfriend buy aloe gel when you make your own. Couldn't he use the same stuff you make?
He prefers the spray version since he can use in the go and not be slimy while going to work.
❤

I think drug stores will take your sharps container.
