On #22: Bad Friends...I've learned that if you set enough boundaries, these types of people will distance themselves for you anyway. Once Ive stopped lending money out to some people, they disappeared on their own. Or simply stopped asking. It's also our responsibility in the friendship to be good to ourselves first. Lol
I think the hardest friends to declutter, are the ones who you used to feel a great connection with, but you’re just no longer on the same path/ wavelength. I ended a friendship awhile ago and sometimes still feel guilty because we were friends for so long, but she was making me feel so crappy all the time and I’m sure I was making her feel crappy too as we were no longer compatible. It’s a tough realization to make.
Always happy for a new video! Also just so you know canned foods do have a best by date on the can but on the fda website it does say that canned goods are okay to eat basically indefinitely passed the best by date. That date is just there to put when the product may lose some of its quality but it is still safe to eat. Happy for all of the content recently!
I reached for a can of new potatoes today & they were out of date 😳 I didn’t realise they had a date on . I only noticed because the expiration date was on the lid . I hope milo is doing good xxxx
About the socks, i just buy the same sock type, so if one is missing, I can still use the other one with any other sock, as they all match and are all the same😄
I swear I need to be invited to that party so I can collect all of my missing socks and bring their butts straight back home 😅. They really have be out here spending money on new socks every year 🤦🏻♀️ due to missing pairs.
I put mascara on last week and my eyes were itchy and watery after a few mins and my eyes started to swell I took it off and then remembered when I bought/last used it....
I’m a fairly new sub so I haven’t seen all of your videos. Do you recommend any books to adopt a minimalist mindset and how to organize? I’m attempting to de-clutter but it gets overwhelming fast because I have multiple rooms that I need to organize. Should I start with tossing things first and then organizing?
I've read so many books on the subject to help me tackle such a large task. The best one by far is Organize Now! By Jennifer Ford Berry. It gives practical and actionable advice. Everyone recommends Marie Kondo but the feelings approach wasn't for me. She does have excellent folding technique so that aspect was worth the purchase of the book. (Free videos on UA-cam for that too) Enjoy your decluttering! You'll feel so good after, more clarity and freedom with your time.
I have that husband that never wants to get rid of anything. I'm the minimal one he is the maxi mist. . LOL I showed him this video and he was like "f that" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Girl did you delete old videos? I went back to see I was curious how long I’ve been watching! So I think around 4-5 years. I’m watching even though I’m not a new subscriber 😊❤
@@Living.minimal what if you want to fit into them again. They hurt me to keep them but I can’t let go either. Oh jeez this sounds like a relationship 😂

Spring is here, decluttering is in the air!!!!!!👏👏
I declutered socks expired medication and so much trash ❤ your advice truly helps
You can donate old or broken shoes to DSW and get a $5 reward cash! You can donate once every week. After 10 times, you will have $50 to spend
Thanks

I've been often thinking, why couldn't I have known back years ago what I know now? I can think of many things I would not have purchased.
Hahaha the missing sock party!

@@luna_musefusion will definitely look into the Organize Now book..,tfs💛
When you cut off friends, did you just ghost them or actually say something? I'm having that friends issue right now.
We bought adaptors for our new iphones. Our phones don't take that long. You must have apps on that are draining your battery.
Just started the video, but right away I relate to the mascara one! I would constantly get eye infections from the expired eye makeup
I actually play hockey 3 times a week haha
Kyra, how do one let go of stuff much more easily?

Yeah new video is out 😊😘
Hope you enjoy 🤍
What about clothes that don’t fit
What I do with clothes that don't fit is either get them tailored (if possible) or donate the items that don't fit properly to people that need them.
