Hello quick question when you’re setting up the ink what color order should they be in and it should be 2 whites correct in replacement of GY , R . So C , W ,W , Y, M , BK Is correct right?
This is correct - use the default CMYK channels and replace the remaining colors with white ink. Of course, the RIP you choose will also likely have the ability to define custom ink channels - this would allow you to load the ink in any order you wish.
Quick question on removing the plate. Do I need to put it back in afterwards? On the subject of reconfiguring the printer with a new set of DTF Catridge. I have purchased auto-refill cats, would I be required to get the third party firmwire at all?
I asked the same question and the answer is that the ink of the original carts is not DTF, so what they have been doing is removing the original ink with seringes and somehow cleaning the carts. Then they inject DTF ink into carts.
Ok, I found a video for the chipless firmware. What software do you recommend for the digitizing of images for DTF? I am assuming by "good quality RIP" that is what you mean?

Will the overflow have any effect on my printing? how do I properly get air bubbles out and refill cartridges? I keep getting maintenance error on my printer but I have ink. Removing the rollers simply prevents them from streaking the wet ink. When printing as a stock unit, the paper is dry before the rollers make contact. However, with DTF ink and film, the ink is still wet when it passes through the rollers. Removing them can eliminate the streaking which would normally occur.

Have you ever added the inkxpro 312XL Empty Ink System CISS Refillable Cartridge Kit with Ink Flow Control Damper for Chipless Firmware Installed EPSON XP-15000 Printer?
We have been restructuring after the new year, and we are getting close to relaunching the store (as well as dropping all new DTF videos to help answer more questions for newer users)!
Not necessarily. We recommend refilling the OEM carts, until you get a good handle on the whole operation. Most CISS are prone to flooding the entire system ** when not handled properly ** (this is an issue which seems to be unique to the XP-15000, due to an entirely different port mechanism).

DTF has a slightly more “transfer” feel, than DTG, but less than traditional plastisol transfers. The trade off is a more durable, smooth and vibrant print, with a bit more of a smooth feel to it.
