My vote goes for Commander Pyre
Not only is he a cleanly made trooper character, but he is also part of a pack. The pack is kind of expensive and you can only get it only at galaxy's edge, but the clean gold paint and the shoulder pad just makes him look so good and is a figure that I actually appreciate Hasbro making!

I found the cad bane single black series yesterday at Walmart. Didn’t really know too much about him so I left him behind for someone else. Went back and he was gone but I found a luke skywalker Endor series. I’m happy with that. Hope that someone is enjoying Cad Bane.

Great black series figure, pratorian guard, did not like last Jedi but had to admit these guys were awesome and the best part of the movie and what they did with the arms of the figure is actually really smart

One thing that we as Canadians have is TRU and many if not most of the Target exclusives end up there (sometimes 6 months later or more). You still have to be vigilant but it gives us a chance...

I didn't see it until 1:00 p.m. on Yakface but it was already sold out. I had an offer the day before to buy on on e-bay for $35 but I try my absolute best to not support scapling so I passed. You should move to the UK, where i live there are no exclusives but you can still get the exclusive figure. So what i mean is that you can get any exclusive in any store you want since there is no Walmart or Target
What a joke this whole ordeal was! I can’t believe Hasbro would drop the ball so hard after what was, for the most part, a smooth Hascon with basically open preorders. I was at work and had no way of constantly checking my phone for updates about a time. Then I go on lunch and boom Cad came and went. So annoying. I hope he does end up like Luke though. I got one and it was definitely announced. I was notified, I went in, I put one in my cart, I checked out. I got my confirmation. It was easy.

Do you know what sells out within seconds rather than 15 minutes? Funko Pops. That’s where the real stress is, that’s where the real scalpers are at.
CANT KILL CHEWIE I received an announcement of the release at 1130 EST, then I received an announcement for the orders going live at 1200 EST. I logged in 5 minutes after and was able to get one with ease. It was then up for another 10 minutes after because I was tempted to get a second one.
I think there was a “glitch” in the notification system as some people never received the notification for it being announced until it was way to late while some others received like it I did.
I don’t think this was Hasbro’s fault, the online world just isn’t perfect and still has it’s own problems. If that even makes sense? I’m not really a tech person but the way this release was reminds me of when someone calls you but you never actually get the call. Which does happen.
@@barry7816 absolutely hasbros fault. you didnt receive an announcement, you got an instock alert from hasbro pulse, thats not a press release thru hasbro or info given to star wars collecting sites to spread the word. if there was a glitch on hasbros end wouldnt that be hasbro fault? but it wasnt a glitch, the fact is that by the time hasbro finished sending out the in stock emails it had sold out, theres that many to send out. which also means that not doing an public announcement or update was even dumber since the method they choose (in stock alerts) was inadequate to notify eveeryone in time. they had a whole month and pulsecon to tell us what was happening and they didnt

I bought Bane for 100 bucks from China. Yep, I’m that guy, because Cad Bane is my favorite mf in the galaxy and getting him ASAP was worth the cash. Great figure, I hope everyone gets a chance to put him on the shelf because he looks absolutely fantastic.

Hasbro has been doing a LOT that is scary lately, and one of those tactics has been flash exclusive sales to get a quick buck and they know it’ll sell out, so it’s like small batch releases. Even if these are mass produced, they sure love making sure these releases are impossible for fans to follow and collect. I often say ‘Do better Hasbro’, to which they never do. I got to the website at 12:15 on my lunch break, and saw them sold out. I was in shock.

So posting in case you all don’t know, if you search something on Walmart’s app a few times when it’s back in stock they send you an email saying something you searched is selling fast. I was able to get some of the clone wars wave ( both the mandos) that way

I literally just got home from work and opened the email 15 minutes after the figure was released and was greeted by the sold out screen. I'm even a premium member and Hasbro didn't offer an "early access" like they did with PulseCon. Guess most of us will have to wait for the wave release (if we're even lucky with that). I have yet to get my hands on a Clone Wars figure and I refuse to pay scalper prices.

It was "announced" in August, every website said October 1st for America, and following previous releases at 11 am or around that time (central time zone) I managed to snag one 😄
august was the original press release, and yes like I said that press release said oct 1st, but there was no follow up, all the preorders between when the press release and oct 1st got an announcement, a time, and a retailer, but not this one. and it covid times when everything is cancelled and/or postponed i think having no follow up is a red flag. one was absolutely needed. and that the point, you guessed at a time and a retailer, thats crazy you shouldnt have to do that for something like this. and whether you got one or not is not the issue, I GOT ONE. one of the major points is there wasnt close to enough, if everyone knew about it it wouldve sold out in like 1 minute

Yes I was on the website in the morning waiting for it to drop kept checking and checking all day till noon then all of a sudden it popped up sold out. So I never got a chance to even put it in my cart, ridiculous. What was even more insane they sent me an email notification at 12:15 after it had already sold out.... a notification that a product is available after it is already sold out. I guess all I can ask for is that this is released again. At least they limited it to one per person, they just did not carry enough stock. Best Black Series fig is probably the Probe Droid people will probably shit on me for saying that but, honestly it looks good, has paint, even some articulation and a 100% unique mold! lol

I was able to get the 332nd ahsoka’s clone trooper and theMandalorian super commando and I’m super surprised I was able to get those I live in Mississippi and my town doesn’t really get much and I went to Walmart every day for a while around the time Ahsoka came out and my mart never got one I even kept asking the staff, long story short I’m pretty annoyed I wasn’t able to get one so now I’d have to pay around $80 to get it, and that would be online.

CANT KILL CHEWIE fair enough, I’m just used to these random drops since I used to resell sneakers and I’m not surprise when a company mess up on their part or know for doing this, I always have the mentality of searching what drop. I guess people don’t have that mentality yet or will never have. As for collectors we know how these usually go, we always plan the bigger company, which we should, for not telling anyone about their release but it seem fun in way of not letting the bots get them, same for the ps5, which was a mistake but yet it also seem advantage for the regular consumer. What I really don't understand about "Pre-orders", is just that. They always seem to have a finite number available. Why not have Pre-orders available for a limited time...say 2 or 3 weeks, allowing people to place their Pre-order, and then close it. The Hasbro could then make enough to fill all of the Pre-orders plus make a few thousand extra for a limited release aftee the Pre-orders are filled. I would be willing to pay full retail up front if I was guaranteed to get my order filled, instead of Amazon or Walmart canceling my Pre-order due to lack of availability...frig. The solution is so simple!
i would love for them to do that, Super7 does that with their ultimate figures, they actuslly leave the preorder open for like a year. and NECA recently did that with their TMNT stuff. it just takes longer

That’s a bummer bro😣 I was at work when I suddenly got the urge to check yak face or Kylo collector’s instagrams in the morning and saw that they posted that he was up on Hasbro pulse, and it said 7 minutes ago, I rushed to Hasbro pulse and logged in, got him in my cart but....... for some reason my card info was gone, so i pulled out my card and typed as fast as I could, I was lucky enough to get one. I checked back right after to see if he was still available and he was already sold out. Almost the exact same story happened with the armorer exclusive last week I was lucky enough to get her as well.

they should show up in stores, and then when they finally arrive in walmart warehouses they will be available to buy online but itll probably be the same thing, theyll sell out fast

This was an easy pass for me. With shipping and tax it was $39. Todo is definitely not worth the extra $19. It does suck that hasbro didn’t announce when this was coming ahead of time though. It’d be cool if this was shared with GameStop or another retailer like Skywalker Strikes.
