Xiom Omega VII Asia - hard sponge rubber

Because of Corona-Virus it is currently quite hard to practice regularly table tennis. So we decided using the time to test several interesting products for you!
Today's tested Xiom's Omega VII Asia rubber is one of the non-chinese rubbers with a really hard sponge. To find out more about this rubber, the pros and cons and which player types will probably like this rubber most please watch our clip.
Our settings for testing this rubber:
Blade: Specialmade Offensive blade with 5 layers made by PiMPLEPARK
Rubber Forehand: Xiom Omega VII Asia black 2.0mm
Ball: Sanwei ABS Pro 3***

Is the topsheet the same as Euro and Pro? Is it just the sponge that is different, or is the topsheet rubber different as well?

Thanks for your reqquest. As Xiom has listed all rubber on the larc, not only the sponge is different (harder), but also the topsheet has a different formula. From our point of view it is also a bit harder and more grippy

das stimmt. Aber als wir den Omega VII Asia getestet hatten, war uns die Omega VII Tour Variante noch nicht bekannt....

I Have about 250hrs on the O7AMAX and yes takes 10 hrs. To Break In lol . Installed bothsides on a M model Viscaria FL . I LIKE IT SO MUCH I bought another Set For my next blade 😎 DEFINITELY 9/10 Rubber 60$ A Sheet .....
