    When I was a little kid, my Italian grandmother taught me to sing Italian arias. In her beautiful Italian accent she would always say "if you want to be a great singer, you must be a great athlete". I sing and work out everyday.

    So interesting to see how an artist trains vs an actor training for a movie. Where actors have more of prep time musicians are training while they tour

    I was wondering if doctors should have a such personalised routine 😅
    i mean, we have 25h shifts with a lot of decisions to make in high stress situations and also interrupted sleep all the time.
    Evening/morning routine before work?
    And also what to do the next day after you wake up from the zombie state?
    It is a struggle to stay healthy and do the things we recommend every patients - eat well, do some sports and sleep enough.

    Hey man Im a 15 year old and have kindve already realized that my goal and love in life is helping others reach their fitness goals. I was wondering if u had any tips on becoming a trainer and how I could build up a good reputation. Ie where I could intern at and where I might wanna start building my connections for later in life?     I'm glad I saw this video, some time ago. In the last few weeks, I've played more shows than usual (while also working a day job) and the postural and chest-opening reminders REALLY came in handy. When we're touring, it's much easier to stay focused on being stage-ready. But during those between-tour times, at home, where we're rehearsing, playing locally and working day-jobs requires a whole other kind of flexibility that you've definitely shown here. 👍

    HOw does the signing warmup with breathing exercise enhance or conflict with the physical exercise? Is there any problems with different ways to breathe. In thru the mouth out thru the nose vs In thru the nose out thru the mouth.

Our job is very psychically demanding- and I Wonder if you have any tips tricks etc for day of big event set ups!? Also it's also hard for us to eat healthy as we eat on the go! Thank you!!!
