“My staff and my customers are my boss”…she knows what business is about and will be highly successful for that reason.
🤣🤣I felt it when she talked about her father saying "I paid POUNDS for your school fees..." Some of us don give our parents heart attacks when we decide to follow our dreams after coming back 🤣🤣... But Naijans are killing the creative industry game!
😅😅😅😅
Heavenly father i pray that you keep the person reading this alive, safe, healthy and financially blessed Amen 🖤🙏
Amen
Why do Nigerians STILL say prayers like this lol?
AMEN
@@Megapastor, because they are obsessed with religion. We are here talking about how to start or make small business works, he or she is coming here with religion. Intead of Nigerians to go and work, they will go to night vigil and choir practice.
@@sunnyyande378 why are u so self important and arrogant? He made a prayer to whom it may concern. U don't agree with him, then just ignore it.
One day, I'll sit on that chair with Tayo. I'll keep working hard👯🏽♀️👯🏽♀️👯🏽♀️
Amen!
Chy Mgbikeh, may God grant you the desires of your heart 💜 🙏❤️🌺.
Amen...
Nigerians are so talented and blessed
We sure are. Thanks for watching!
Endless creatives and talents
I totally agree, and thank you for the comment because we don't get the credit we deserve😀.
Yes we are thank you..my father was a Tailor/Musician
Someday soon,I'll be featured on this series,Amen.
Speak it into existence. Your words have power!
Amen
Myself as well
I agree
In JESUS CHRIST name amen
I paid your school fees in pounds and you want to go and do fashion…. Nigerian parents ehnn😀😂
She has the right ideas already... I see her getting bigger in the nearest future.
I like the leverage your giving the small business through your channel bro.... Much respect peace out✌️
Small businesses making positive impact
Tayo I'm really enjoying this small business series.
Being an entrepreneur in Nigeria is just not easy. I absolutely applaud those who swim against the tide and the norm, coming back home to contribute to a system with so many challenges. Little drops of water of water indeed makes a mighty ocean.... Say No to Brain Drain o! Rather than complain about Nigeria, do something to fix it biko
From an outsider, I would like to know what needs to be done to make it easier to help businesses thrive? Is it something institutional, resources (human and material), basic skills? What can be done, and more importantly who can make it happen?

Great video Tayo, Keep up the good work.
Love her!!!!!!!!
She is so real!
God bless every small businesses making positive impact in Nigeria 🇳🇬 for Nigerians and beyond
The intro shots are out of this world. We will come for tutorial Sir. Infrastructure is always the talk of town for most businesses in Nigeria. Electricity tariffs are on the sky now. Living your dreams is the most beautiful thing anyone could choose. Tayo buy for your girlfriend 😂. Nice one. Now when I’m playing concentration and they ask for Nigerian brands I can mention Belle Kay Woman.
🤣🤣🤣 I will soon! Thanks for watching.
U no well..she say n.a. concentration 😀😀
@@joeekeator9271 of course I will shop the brand. I’m just proud of the growth and versatility of indigenous brands. Before e Dey hard to mention Nigeria brands for concentration
Lagos fashion week, GTB and Arise are the platforms to see Nigerian designers that are representing us in Africa and London & Paris fashion week. Love this small businesses segment. Kudos Tayo!
@@FERESE you’re right! The extra few I got to know was from Arise
2018. It was a great show.
This is wonderful. I am happy for Chineku, the business owner featured, because she is modifying all her lemons to make the best lemonade. Also, good points about infinite possibility if you truly want to make it. Excellent and informative production 👍.
"My staff and my customers are my bosses." This is one of the most inspiring words I have ever heard from a CEO. Thanks once again, Tayo for bringing another inspiring CEO today. God bless!
Lovely and insightful interview... I've bought some clothes from Bellekay for my wife and i must say her services and clothes are top notch and very professional. Highly recommended.
It’s “Chinekwu” though. You missed the “w” but you’re not Igbo so we will forgive you 😋
I never comment on much but as a company secretary, it is my professional opinion that this business will go far. Her mindset towards stakeholder satisfaction (employees, customers) is one of the key to a sustainable business. We should all take note from her.
Go Bellekay🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Soar higher boo🥳🥳🥳
thanks tayo for always bringing us good stories
Thanks for watching
*investing is how to create wealth, I started investing from the pandemic crash 👍*
I wanted to trade Crypto but got confused by the fluctuations in price
That won't bother you if you trade with a professional like Mr Paul bruno
I heard that he strategies are really good
Yeah
My first investment with Mr Paul Bruno earned me profit of over $25,530 US dollars
ever since then he has been delivering
I love the Founders Series
Loving this series.....lots to learn from these guys!!
Thank you @tayo for always going the extra mile....
Thanks for supporting!
Belle Kay woman killing it! I loved watching this.. She makes me proud of Nigeria.💚💚
Even if you have a job, always start a business.... You may be surprised at the turn out
Start something small even you dont have a lotta money
She is very talented 👏😍 her clothing are so beautiful 😍💖
I , as a fashion designer in Nigeria, can relate with everything she said.
Beautiful video as usual.
Uncle Tayo, you're doing well Sir! 🙌🙌
A phenomenal woman ❤️ Thank you Tayo
Very inspiring 🙌🏿🇳🇬
Great achievement by the young lady, wish her the very best. Mr Tayo, the video title is slightly misleading. She didn't left the UK she came back to Naija after study. It sounds like she is living in the UK and decided to return to Naija. Going to study in the UK is not an automatic pass to stay there. If one is fortunate enough study can lead to residency otherwise you return to your home country after study. Let's be clear on that.
God bless you.You doing great Sister.keep up
I am impressed! 🎈🎉🎉🎉🎈🎉🎉🙏🎉
🎈🎉🎉🎉🎈🎉🎉🙏🎉
Another quality video. Nice shots and liked the subtle modelling.
STAY BLESSED🙏🏾
Finally, a Nigerian who has moved back and has an authentic accent, relatelable and original story.
I love her story and personality.
Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Honestly! Shes so real
Why do you mention her accent I see it as insult
@@godwinejiofor8064 true! But they're some people who come back and form accent like crazy I mean you're in nigeria now
Great video and wonderful conversation. Beautiful young woman!!
@Tayo.....I don't know how to thank you for the great work u are doing for African small and medium businesses....you and wode maya are the real leaders we have....1 luv Africa .
Thank you 🙏🏾
Tayo, u didn't tell us sey u don receive the google gbemu o!! I dey notice the subtle ad for all these short stories o. Wishing you the best bro.
I know it's just an embryo mechine ! I am embroidery only logo ! what we fashion designers do with it ! I bought my first embroidery machine on Etsy I was just learning to use it when I was thrown out in 2018 since then I have been homeless!the only things I see are with needle all my winter coats !my bubas! jealous of a good black designer made people rejoice at me being homeless!!
👍👍👍 She's inspiring... more grease
Trolls will not let people see road. Tayo, please try to clear off trolls on this awesome channel. You have put a lot of years of hardwork, your story and your journey, your interview series, creating content that instills the art and know how of business. People shouldn't come to dump their frustration of not being able to do much or create content worthy of inspiring others here. Please the energy they keep using to type bad belle, they can use that same energy to create content and make a difference. They should stop trolling my comment commending Bella Kay on her journey. She is doing an amazing job o! Thank you Tayo for your amazing content inspiring people from all around the world.
The small business videos are the best 👌🏾
Brilliant interview. You asked the right questions. Chineku, you inspire me ! Wish you all the best. Please keep up the good work !
Great video Tayo. Your content keeps improving. The young lady featured is brilliant and determined. She understands that building a business is so much more than "building my brand". Nigeria and Africa could do a lot better by showcasing these superwomen. They are the real stars... Not every time Forbes 30 under 30.
the clothes are so pretty OMG 😍😍😍😍
I love this series, Tayo.

Really inspiring ❤️❤️ am a new subscriber
Beautiful cloth designs🙌👌👌👌💪❤
Absolutely proud of those who take the take the plunge and start their own business, particularly in Nigeria. I am a Nigerian/American business owner in the US. With all the infrastructure available to us in the US, it is still challenging to start and run a successful business. The business challenges are similar in Nigeria but probably ten to a hundred times more difficult. Kudos to you all Nigerian small business owners. I wish I had the same courage to go back to Nigeria and run a business there. Wish you all great success

To be honest, Nigeria's business environment is not that harsh except for import dependent businesses. T
Invest in your country, Invest in your people business. Stop buying foreign. Spend money in your community.
Someday Tayo aina will interview me.
This is inspiring. I need to move my behind and push myself to do more.
Love this new series. 😍

11:00 Yes!!! It’s difficult to hold yourself accountable when you are the boss of yourself.
May the favour of the LORD rest upon your business. Thank you for the hard work Madam Tayo ....love you ❤
We appreciate your work Taiyo.
Just a suggestion, for a better pro title, no need using the word "he left the UK, America...." to Nigeria or Africa to build for self entrepreneurship.
That title is becoming boring because its too commonly used. As African, yea, we do travel for leisure and experience but it doesn't make Africa inferior to the outside world.
During the interview, the person experience could reflect his or her story of living outside of the Motherland.
It doesn't necessarily has to be a tittle anymore because its too commonly used. Truth is, most Africans diasporans, the training they had in Africa is actually what has help them survive in abroad.
Another truth is that, living oversea, it doesn't mean you're smarter or richer than those living in Africa. Each continent, nation has its advantages and disadvantages.
Africa has greater advantages than disadvantages. It all depends on your state of mind.
Kudos
@Oboh Phillips...thank you very, very much for your genuine, sincere, truthful observations. May the Blessings be.
Thanks for sharing your insights. Fully appreciated!
Thank you too..Tayo.

Is not easy oooh but the secret is just continuing,I am into Mobile nursing business in a community and country where they prefer to pay tithes and offerings than using the money to treat STDs or malaria, then come to you for free treatment bcos you are a nurse/midwife forgetting those syringes, drugs you buy them, yesterday I assisted a lady gave birth with just thank you,so how will that kind of business survival, the gloves, injections I used,i bought them, not that I have spouses like all those bbnaija housemates
Excellent episode, sir! Lovin’ the entrepreneurial insights…
So relatable. Loved every second of this!
