Hi, i'm from Brazil and i'm looking to go to Trzebnica now in October. Do u hv how to inform if the Costs there are the same? Anyway, the informations were very good and important for me. I will see and indicate your videos Tks
Thank you, Agnaldo! The costs may vary in every city, so we're not able to give you exact numbers. Please also have in mind we face over 15% inflation currently so these prices may be already a little higher than provided in the video. Anyway, Trzebnica is not our top turistic place, so expect prices lower than in Kraków or Warszawa. And of course have a great time in Poland!
Thank you it’s so important information, I have one question is Poland suitable for international students? Do u think it’s possible to cover all the costs and maintain living?
In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments........
We'd also say city center. Katowice is not big, so you can easily commute, but being in the center, you have everything essential nearby. As for the prices, everything depends on the flat, no. of rooms. Try browsing on olx/otodom
Hello Sohel! Thank you for your comment. As for the average rental and living costs, Poznań is similar to Katowice. Definitely not the most expensive, but always in top 10. Regards!

Hello! Kids' stuff is a very particular as we don't know what you compare to. There are several low-cost places where to get that kind of stuff, check for example Pepco or KIK brands. They have shops in every Polish city, even the smallish ones. Also, most of the things can be ordered on-line with home delivery. In Poland, we have Allegro e-commerce platform and it's very competitive!

I can see the price of real estate by looking at real estate websites however I do not know how much property taxes would be. Are property taxes very expensive in Poland? Do you you know the cost per 100,000 zlty of appraised value in your municipality?
Hi! The property taxes in Poland depend on the size, not value. They are paid annually to the city, and rates are different to residential premises and commercial ones (the second ones to be more expensive). As for Katowice, taxes in 2023 are: -around 1 PLN / sqm for residential premises -around 29 PLN / sqm for commercial premises We hope this helps! 🤗
March 2024. Multiply the numbers by 2.5. All the numbers. Also add some if you have a TV because in Poland you have to pay a tax by just having it, even if connected to internet only.

Hello Dipali! In the video we provide an average calculation of total costs - so theoretically, including the inflation, you should be able to save half of your salary. But it's just an average calculation for one person. It's very individual and depends on many factors: number of people in the household, type and cost of flat, type of food you eat, means of transport you use. You'd have to calculate this for your household yourself concerning provided costs. Cheers!
It's very individual - it depends on where you live, how much you pay for rent, if you eat out often. But many Polish households are able to live by with such income, so it's manageable :)
