Silesian is a language and not your own dialekt ;) The half of the Silesian woiwodship is not Silesia. Its only the eastern part of Upper Silesia till the Brinitza and Przemscha River. The Capitol of Upper Silesia is Oppeln/Ôpole and the Capitol of Whole Silesia is Breslau/Wrocłōw.

Also , my entrance door has one lock that cannot be fully locked as the hole in the wall only lets the lock go half way. Is there a requirement that entrance door has 2 locks and how soon does the landlord have to fix the broken or poorly installed locked
