After years of this nonsense I would have hired an attorney, gotten an RTO, take him to court and sue the couple, keep them in court, and sue them to pay your legal fees. You have a case.
I think you should install a high voltage hot wire fence around your property or barbed wire and dont forget to post signs stating what it is so you wont get sued. wish you where in Texas, you could just pepper their asses and they would soon get the picture. good luck

My Ex-girlfriends mom had same kind of neighbour and it was insane.. He drove around with his lawnmower all night and revved his motorcycle all night, just for fun. It had been going on for years, but I had enough when I had to hear it few times. I confronted him and asked what kind of mental issues he had. He got angry and yelled that I should go back where I came from. I said I'll be back if he still revvs the motorcycle after 10pm. The funny thing was the annoying neighbour was on a rental house and my ex's mom owned the house she lived in. I think the problem was that the passage way somehow irritated him and couldnt express himself on a civilised manner. My ex's mom rented the place and as I understood the annoying neighbour has settled down a lot. Mental issues is serious thing...
Yes, we've put these on youtube when everything we could think of failed to make these folks act civilized. Made us feel a little better....... but these types of people are bizarre and difficult to understand by normal standards. Thanks for sharing.

My nfh is 90 I'm 58 known him my whole life it's my family home I lived in same town of maybe 1200 but after my mom pasted and me and my 2 sons moved in as they got older he got crazier. But you still got it worst than me. I wish u had audio 2. But I'd get wireless dot cameras in blind spots.

I don't understand what the "breakaways" are and what their purpose is. also, is this not enough evidence to charge these people with conspiracy, vandalism, ANYTHING that requires jail time or a very hefty fine? this is beyond harasssment, trespassing, vandalism, conspiracy, emotional damages, etc.

Sometimes we were there working when the wife of the NFH would come over with her camera and take photos of our cars in our driveway to show we were a little bit on the city owned portion of our driveway or front yard. Another time she came over to photo a pile of top soil we were about to spread on the front yard after the driveway construction. Again, I guess it was to show someone that we were fixing the lawn on the city owned portion of our front yard. Our motion sensor failed to go off so we didn't capture the video and we lost some of the other video but it looked so bizarre. When we caught her husband poisoning the grass in "sod smackdown", a lightbulb went off.........the grass on the other side of the driveway germimated and died, so he must have been hitting that with the poison as well but we didn't capture the video. The area in "stooge convention is owned by our nice neighbor on the other side. The jumpsuit guy has a right of way through their yard to a landlocked junk lot in back so we have morons on both sides. The other neighbors who do not have a right of way through there, are always obsessing over it. Before we had cameras all around our house, we would see them disappear through that area and then come out a short time later. Two of them cut through this right of way to get to their house on another road and they have no legal right to. One more thing.....the nice normal neighbors have had the police out for disputes with jumpsuit guy and it in no way had anything to do with us but I think we were lumped in together as the ones to hate. The nice neighbor was also a "newcomer". This was all so bizarre and even after all this time, they are still acting nasty toward us. Renting the house presently but will be back there this summer. The tenant had nicely asked for the NFH to move his truck a little to make backing out of our driveway easier. The truck is deliberately parked across from our drive even though the NFH has parking in his garage, driveway and in front of his house up the road. At first the tenant said he moved the truck but we noticed it was put back there. Our tenant said it was "fine"....he didn't want to upset the balance and noticed the neighbors jockeying for position to park in the area across from our driveway. Other than that, we haven't heard anything. The NFH let our tenant know he was a scientist at Pfizer Inc. Perhaps he was looking to impress the tenant.

Had neighbors that lived to use my yard as his personal turn around and parking lot. After repeated requests to stay out of my yard got ignored the police told us to plant stuff there. Yep all the plants got ripped out. Police said put in spike strips, after 6 or so popped tires they still kept pulling in the yard. After I broke my ankle stepping in one of the many ruts left in yard by these idiots my husband then put a fallen tree across the opening that they used. Dumbasses called the cops while drunk off their ashes and told the cops they needed to make me move the tree because they needed that space. Cop laughed and laughed and laughed and told the dumbasses I could surround my property with fallen trees and no one could do a damn thing about it. Those neighbors are not happy because they now have to rut up their yard turning around instead of mine. Update house is in foreclosure.....guess who is buying it lol
@@livinsurfside all that stuff happened before my husband installed our cameras including them blasting the radio and then leaving so i had to listen to it all day. Sadly the day he installed cameras the 2 idiots from across the street had a buddy over and whined about how unneighborly it was for us to put up cameras, that buddy decided ( 16 min. after my husband left for work) that he was going to come over and " RIP down the f**king camera and f**k this place up" he didnt see me sitting on my front porch so I told him he was trespassing and to get off my property. He decided he was a badass and punched me. Sadly for him I beat his ass the whole way down my driveway until he was crying and begging for someone to call the cops. The cops did come but he was the one who spent time in the medical ward at the county jail. Still waiting for court hearing because he refuses to take a plea deal he wants the DA to press charges on me.

Our house is the only year round home on the small dead end lane. After owning for over 5 years now, we rented it for one of the years, our observations say they view the road as a utility property.....a place to wash cars, work on stuff, park all over the place etc. We must have seemed like the invaders because we treated our property like a normal residential home. We had a tag sale this past weekend. It brought lots of traffic to the little lane.....fun mayhem.......as if on cue though, "jumpsuit guy" from stooge convention, hopped on a riding mower and very slowly mowed his back lot, driving in and out the entrance next to our sale, making noise and turning around in the road. The other neighbor who owns the rental across the street, decided it was a good time to wash his car.....again, keep in mind the one lane road was busy with pedestrians and cars coming to our sale. Very juvenile behavior but funny. Two years ago, we had another sale(this is an annual event in our city)and one of the other naughty neighbors did the lawn mower thing......driving and turning around multiple times in the street. He is now gone, so "jumpsuit guy" carries on the tradition, LOL!!!!
Gadjet Griller, There's just some people you can't make happy... Ever. They only seem happy when they've got a target to aim at or if they've made someone else more miserable than they are. However, keep in mind those that don't ruffle easily become a bigger and bigger threat to the one seeking power and control... "I'm the boss of this block, and you have to grovel for my approval..." (Typical mind set). I've had a few such incidents, as I am a handyman, and have had to deal with these types, on a number of occasions. One lady even told me that she was (and I quote) "I'm the queen bee, here, mister". "I've lived on this block all my life and I know...". When asked what the problem was she admitted to the police (not me - never ME), that it was because the new owner (my client) hadn't asked or discussed it with her (?!?🤔). That's when the cop told her something that you could tell, never crossed her mind. He said (by this time) angrily, "that's her property. She doesn't have to discuss ANYTHING with you, and she doesn't have to ASK you for your permission". That's when he trespassed her (a verbal warning that if she when over there or bugged me, while on the job, she would go to jail). Power and control is what drives them... Always.
Can't imagine having to live with people outside your home harrassing and stalking...it is funny to watch but live there something else...they should all be fined each time or made to do public service...
My neighbor used to trap stray cats and kill them. My cat got out by accident and I never seen it again. He used to call the city on me all the time like once for a fire pit and then again for wood stacked behind my garage which had fallen over I got bitten by a black widow restacking it BTW. And then my husband had a real bad accident and we parked the truck in the garage until the insurance adjuster to come he called because it was a undrivable vehicle in our yard. Dude give people time to recover geez. While he collects disability check while climbing on his roof and doing all kinds of capable things but did I call on him for fraud
If what you say is true, why not sue your neighbor? If this is an ongoing issue, and you have had the property legally surveyed, the case is open and shut. Since you’ve involved other neighbors, who seem to back your alleged “neighbor from hell,” it suggests that you are the issue. If your property has been defined, as you suggest in this series, then why not sue?
It belongs to the neighbor on our other side. Not really a driveway but a right of way to one of the persons in stooge convention. he owns a landlocked lot behind.
Can't quite figure that out, not a single one of the bozos has had a positive comment to us personally about all the work we have done. The property had been neglected and empty for years. Don't know really, except they all seemed to resent us "new" people shortly after we started renovations on the home and yard. Have u watched all the videos from Act I? We were pretty shocked when we saw some of the surveillance for the first time.
I thought for sure as time passed, they would soften. We smiled and waved etc. They were nasty. Lawnmower, shutterbug guy flipped us off, called us "assholes" unprovoked. Thank god, we don't live there. Have rented the house out but will be there doing some work this summer. One of them is now gone. The main NFH is still there unfortunately and does not seem to have changed his demeanor toward us as evidenced by him narrowly missing me with his car when we were over there this past fall. Some things never change. What did we do? Put in a driveway and he was no longer able to make a lazy turn through the lawn and drive. We allowed for it at first but soon realized his intent was to do damage to the driveway, grass as well as our jeep.

City made sure there was adequate space for the NFH to pull in and out of his driveway before putting the posts in place to keep him from damaging and driving through our driveway. If you've seen "sod smackdown".......this was the point that we went to the police. Future videos convinced the city that something needed to be done. The strip of grass belongs to the city and the neighbors were using it to harass us. Thanks for watching.
He thought he could continue to drive through our driveway, coming close to our vehicles, after we bought the place. Part of our drive is city owned and he mistakenly thought it was the road. He was eventually straightened out by the authorities but it all boiled down to folks who had an interest in our street but didn't live there. They had a severe sense of entitlement and didn't like the newcomers. Also, we don't live here so I think they felt they wouldn't have to interact with us much, so did not attempt to be neighborly. He had property issues with the guy we bought it from. He dumped gravel all across the front yard in an attempt to widen the road himself and the last owner wasn't happy but let him. He referred to him as an "asshole". He also reminded us the property came with a deeded right of way through the NFH's driveway. I think this is what bothers the NFH. Maybe he didn't know about it when he bought his property. Who knows.
Livin Surfside He seems intent on making this issue his life's work I don't think he will ever let this go, but just maybe he will find another interest, I hope for your sake he does.
we hope so too. something may be brewing with his next door neighbor, a summer resident. we've noticed some very odd looking mowing lines between their properties. it was as if one of them set the mower real low just to mow a very visible boundary line, lol. sorry to sound so gleeful but jeez, he really needs something to take his mind off us, lol. @@livinsurfside all that stuff happened before my husband installed our cameras including them blasting the radio and then leaving so i had to listen to it all day. Sadly the day he installed cameras the 2 idiots from across the street had a buddy over and whined about how unneighborly it was for us to put up cameras, that buddy decided ( 16 min. after my husband left for work) that he was going to come over and " RIP down the f**king camera and f**k this place up" he didnt see me sitting on my front porch so I told him he was trespassing and to get off my property. He decided he was a badass and punched me. Sadly for him I beat his ass the whole way down my driveway until he was crying and begging for someone to call the cops. The cops did come but he was the one who spent time in the medical ward at the county jail. Still waiting for court hearing because he refuses to take a plea deal he wants the DA to press charges on me.

So have you ever asked them what their problem is? Did they want the land your house is on and you beat them to it? Why did the guy not like you fixing up the lot. Brings up property values? (sorry if you have covered this in a previous video. Just dont understand why they seem to dislike you so much??)
Our house is the only year round home on the small dead end lane. After owning for over 5 years now, we rented it for one of the years, our observations say they view the road as a utility property.....a place to wash cars, work on stuff, park all over the place etc. We must have seemed like the invaders because we treated our property like a normal residential home. We had a tag sale this past weekend. It brought lots of traffic to the little lane.....fun mayhem.......as if on cue though, "jumpsuit guy" from stooge convention, hopped on a riding mower and very slowly mowed his back lot, driving in and out the entrance next to our sale, making noise and turning around in the road. The other neighbor who owns the rental across the street, decided it was a good time to wash his car.....again, keep in mind the one lane road was busy with pedestrians and cars coming to our sale. Very juvenile behavior but funny.
Two years ago, we had another sale(this is an annual event in our city)and one of the other naughty neighbors did the lawn mower thing......driving and turning around multiple times in the street. He is now gone, so "jumpsuit guy" carries on the tradition, LOL!!!!

There's just some people you can't make happy... Ever.
They only seem happy when they've got a target to aim at or if they've made someone else more miserable than they are. However, keep in mind those that don't ruffle easily become a bigger and bigger threat to the one seeking power and control... "I'm the boss of this block, and you have to grovel for my approval..." (Typical mind set).
I've had a few such incidents, as I am a handyman, and have had to deal with these types, on a number of occasions.
One lady even told me that she was (and I quote) "I'm the queen bee, here, mister". "I've lived on this block all my life and I know...".
When asked what the problem was she admitted to the police (not me - never ME), that it was because the new owner (my client) hadn't asked or discussed it with her (?!?🤔). That's when the cop told her something that you could tell, never crossed her mind.
He said (by this time) angrily, "that's her property. She doesn't have to discuss ANYTHING with you, and she doesn't have to ASK you for your permission". That's when he trespassed her (a verbal warning that if she when over there or bugged me, while on the job, she would go to jail).
Power and control is what drives them... Always.
Ok now it's time for some No Trespassing and Private Property Signs.lol
Just have them all issued with trespass warnings then get them arrested every time they step on the property

My neighbor used to trap stray cats and kill them. My cat got out by accident and I never seen it again. He used to call the city on me all the time like once for a fire pit and then again for wood stacked behind my garage which had fallen over I got bitten by a black widow restacking it BTW. And then my husband had a real bad accident and we parked the truck in the garage until the insurance adjuster to come he called because it was a undrivable vehicle in our yard. Dude give people time to recover geez. While he collects disability check while climbing on his roof and doing all kinds of capable things but did I call on him for fraud

If what you say is true, why not sue your neighbor? If this is an ongoing issue, and you have had the property legally surveyed, the case is open and shut. Since you’ve involved other neighbors, who seem to back your alleged “neighbor from hell,” it suggests that you are the issue. If your property has been defined, as you suggest in this series, then why not sue?

Don't know really, except they all seemed to resent us "new" people shortly after we started renovations on the home and yard. Have u watched all the videos from Act I? We were pretty shocked when we saw some of the surveillance for the first time.

I thought for sure as time passed, they would soften. We smiled and waved etc. They were nasty. Lawnmower, shutterbug guy flipped us off, called us "assholes" unprovoked. Thank god, we don't live there. Have rented the house out but will be there doing some work this summer. One of them is now gone. The main NFH is still there unfortunately and does not seem to have changed his demeanor toward us as evidenced by him narrowly missing me with his car when we were over there this past fall. Some things never change. What did we do? Put in a driveway and he was no longer able to make a lazy turn through the lawn and drive. We allowed for it at first but soon realized his intent was to do damage to the driveway, grass as well as our jeep.

City made sure there was adequate space for the NFH to pull in and out of his driveway before putting the posts in place to keep him from damaging and driving through our driveway. If you've seen "sod smackdown".......this was the point that we went to the police. Future videos convinced the city that something needed to be done. The strip of grass belongs to the city and the neighbors were using it to harass us. Thanks for watching.

It seems like a boundary dispute,,, but he obviously HATES you for something, any ideas ???
He thought he could continue to drive through our driveway, coming close to our vehicles, after we bought the place. Part of our drive is city owned and he mistakenly thought it was the road. He was eventually straightened out by the authorities but it all boiled down to folks who had an interest in our street but didn't live there. They had a severe sense of entitlement and didn't like the newcomers. Also, we don't live here so I think they felt they wouldn't have to interact with us much, so did not attempt to be neighborly. He had property issues with the guy we bought it from. He dumped gravel all across the front yard in an attempt to widen the road himself and the last owner wasn't happy but let him. He referred to him as an "asshole". He also reminded us the property came with a deeded right of way through the NFH's driveway. I think this is what bothers the NFH. Maybe he didn't know about it when he bought his property. Who knows.

we hope so too. something may be brewing with his next door neighbor, a summer resident. we've noticed some very odd looking mowing lines between their properties. it was as if one of them set the mower real low just to mow a very visible boundary line, lol. sorry to sound so gleeful but jeez, he really needs something to take his mind off us, lol. They were good enough to show to the authorities. Agree though......there are higher end cameras. These have better quality images if subjects are closer. Didn't want to spend too much on surveillance. Thanks for watching.
