I am making this video on infant formula or mixed feeding, not because I endorse formula feeding, but because I recognize a small proportion of mothers need to use some infant formula despite their best efforts, and they need support as well. It is very important to be meticulous about sterilisation of the bottle etc, and it is very important to maintain breastfeeding as best as you can, even if you do need some formula feeds (and please be careful when you make that decision, as giving more formula will drop your milk output). The family members have to support the mother's efforts to breastfeed, and avoid pushing them to give infant formula.

I want to concern you regarding my 3 year old daughter. She used to eat food with screen. Now, I try to engage her with toys, doing playground activities and other means without screen. My que is that she is not leaving her habit of making food pockets in her mouth. She got cavities too. It took hours to finish a portion of chapati. There is no problem on other side of mouth. Even if I push the food to other side with finger, she again brings it back and keep it there for longer time. I am worried. Please suggest me what to do in this situation?
Such behavior should be ignored. The more you focus, the more they do. Just ignore
Try to eat together as family, so her focus is on everyone and not just her
Hi sir, I really appreciate and thank you for this video which contains lots of info in very less time, I am breastfeeding mother my daughter is 3.5 months old now and as u said initially for 4 days she took formula milk due to my csection delivery and later she lost weight as we dint give formula but i started breastfeeding and my milk got established but by taking tablets given by my pediatrician and till now i continued my breastfeeding but now i feel my milk supply is reduced in night time and i am not able to full my baby stomach and she's not sleeping properly due to this, i am thinking to do mixed feeding with lot of guilt, what should I do sir please reply 🙏
My baby birth weight is 2.66 and now 5.4 only on breastfeeding till today I don't know what to do, my pediatrician constantly not allowing me to give any formula milk and not prescribing but I know the name of formula which was given initially

@@SridharKsok sir thank you so much for your response it means a lot to me I am going through your playlist, I am doing lot of things to cope up with my breastmilk supply like I am taking Galact powder twice with milk and taking Galact tablet daily and drinking lots of water and eating good amount of home cooked food but due to this reason she's not sleeping well during night and I am already using pacifier to keep baby calm and sometimes she sleeps for a while with that pacifier but I have to fix it else she may not just lose her weight but also affect her overall growth i think
My 4 mon baby is partiallyhydrolysed milk he passes 3 to 4 semisolid greenstools. In stools mucus is present sir.
And also milk particles present but he gaining good weight monthly

Is it normal to bring a 15 th percentile baby to 50 th percentile on exclusive breast feeding. Or should he follow the same percentile.
It’s better to maintain the same and gradually progress with the spontaneous feed pattern (no force feeds)

After delivery starting breast milk is good but 2 months after day by day low supply sir I use lactare tablet and powder but no use plz sujjest sir increase my milk supply

sir my daughter is 4 month 18 day may i introduce semi solids to her or i should feed formula , i feel she is not satisfied from bm … also her pee count has decreased i donot know is it due to reduced milk supply aur hot weather in north india in delhi
Hi, you could consider some puréed vegetables and some water as well (20-30 ml after the veggies). She might be passing more in one go as well, as bladder gets bigger

My baby is having breast milk for about 1.30 mins and even then not satisfied asking for more. He is 25 days old.. is there any chance of increasing breast milk in my case...?? I started formula milk also as he is not satisfied but I want to only breast milk and stop formula ... How it is possible?
