@@TheDelightgrl yes, I’ve used it quite a bit but there was some kind of issue with the lining so I took the screw out to tighten it and now I can’t get the pieces back to Pressing down correctly

I have a brand new one of these that was sent to me in error. I tired it out a few times and the mylar is just not crimping inside the back as it should. Absolute rubbish machine. Glad I didn't pay for it. I have other brands of machine that work perfectly.

Did you check to make sure you have it on the correct side and that everything is lining up

Ok so the part where you put the picture isn’t attaching to the top part so it can go to the other part of the badge. What do you think is wrong?

I’ve been realizing that some have been having some minor issues with theirs. So far I haven’t had any issues. I think most of these errors or self.
i think maybe ur ur paper is too thick..i had prob with that if i use photo paper ..now i use regular copy paper it works well .. hope i helps ❤

It’s not supposed to line up with the holes until the second step
