I just snagged one from Joann that was on clearance for only $15!!! I literally could not believe it was so cheap! I was terrified that something had to have been wrong with it but I brought it home and it works great! I’m still in disbelief, I can’t believe I got such a great deal 🤯
Must of been a return box from a customer Most times that’s when you get the expensive item marked 90% off I got one from Micheals they are $99 I got a $30 off coupon
Thank you for the spinning tip for the cutter!! I was having issues with it not cutting all the way and had to continuously cut it by hand. This definitely helped!!
I ditto this major!!! One out of five worked but not well. It's difficult to believe following the directions exactly produces such different results. I also wonder if the parts are defective - many of the clear plastic discs don't seem to be large enough to wrap around the entire button.
Congrats on your new DT, Erica! They are lucky to have you! I used to collect buttons as a youngster, and I still have my old collection, so fun! Nice tutorial!
I think it would be important to mention that if you are using the pin in the back it how it needs to be aligned properly so the badge is not crooked when finished.
@@india2709ab I had the same problem. It turns out I had missed part of the instructions. There are lines in the base when setting it to B to add the backing. You have to line up the pin of the backing with these lines.
I ordered this when it premiered on HSN, and with all machines there is a learning curve. TFS this tutorial. The reason i purchased was because u had all the sizes available in one.
Omg I am so happy to see u working with them!!!! PLEASE tell them to stock this in Michaels or Canadian craft stores because its SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE!!! Being a Canadian crafter sucks!!!
I’m sending mine back. Loved the concept of multiple button sizes at an affordable price. Plus your tutorial was fabulous! This button maker is easy to use but fails 3 out of 4 buttons. It either gets caught in plate or doesn’t seal button properly or damages edges. Too much product wasted. I was so sad to have to return. Now I’m on the hunt for a higher quality better failure rate or no fail rate would be even better.
@@broncogurl05 I know, it is late for an answer. I use Badgematic , it is expensive but the best. You can Look at google. It comes with very many Buttons.Greetings !!

What a great video! You couldn't get a better video to explain it all. I saw the WRMK button press on a craft website and wondered how it works. Thanks so much :)
LOVE that you're working with We R Memory Keepers! Can't wait to see you use many of their products. I'm especially interested in "hacks" like creating different things using the punch boards, etc. I have everything from the Cinch tool to scoring tools. Good luck with it!
hey soo initially i did not care for this item and went with the vevor you shared I just received this and Im glad I took the leap ONLY because you share exactly how to use it so it works just fine I tried all sizes and it was easy of course it looks like a hassle you demo all three sizes so a lot of exchange cut using one size repeatedly than another if you like its simple it fast the cut could be better but I use my circle dies thanks for the help be safe
GREAT tutorial! I’ve been super skeptical about purchasing this button maker after seeing all the not so great reviews, But you definitely explained it thoroughly, so will give it a try...TFS
Hi Erica I want one and you explain it so well but so many steps, you always make everything look simple. I might get one. Congratulations on the design team! You're awesome, I watch your videos all the time and tell my sister to watch you too.!
I loved your tutorial - my grandson and I watched it together. Very helpful. I had purchased this to make buttons for his upcoming birthday. That said, this product is a disappointment. The included cutter does not cut anything more than copy paper weight. It did not even make a dent or bend in the cardstock after numerous rotations and repeated punching. Of the five round sets included - we were able to make two successfully. Helpful hint - for the medium base, to cut your own paper, use a 2" punch. While I was able to get a piece of Prima cardstock I cut myself it to seal around the edge of the metal base, neither the mylar nor the pin back would clamp in. I am not sure, but I would bet it is the thickness of the cardstock. I have purchased supplies off of Amazon - perhaps they will work better with various paper weights. I would like to at least be able to use photo paper.
Thank you for the tutorial. Great job. Just bought mine with a 60% coupon @ JoAnns and the square blanks. Now I have two makers. I purchased a machine from Amazon with limited button size @ 1.5 inch round. Worked really nice..Looking forward to creating buttons with We R Memory machine. The square buttons caught my attention and the coupon.🙂
Awesome video. I have some buttons that I use with another button press do you know if the memory keeper will work with any buttons as long as they're the same size. Or do I just have to use memory keeper buttons. Thanks.
I believe the problem ppl encountered is that if you press down on B the first time the pin won’t stick to the top and you just ruin the pin because the plate bended you will have to start over and make sure you press down on A then B
This helped me really much, I only had the medium size but plan to get the other sizes, when I get those I might return here. I got mine from Michaels with a discount and luckily they have all the other parts. I lost the base to cut the shape but regular hole punchers will work.
Is there a trick to getting the small size to press correctly? I'm wasting so much $$ on failed pins. I follow all the instructions perfectly and 1 out of 5 pins actually presses right. They just kinda go splat if you know what I mean.
Congratulations on your design team, that's awesome. I purchased it but am wondering where other than the website listed can I stalk up on the small med and large buttons? They seem to be sold out. 10 is not enough. Lol.. Thank you so much for the tutorial, your awesome..
@scrapdiva29 I'd hoped that you'd answered her thoroughly, as my query is similar. I am currently purchasing the machine, but my main concern is the ability to find additional parts, as I intend to make many. Can offbrand button parts be used with the machine?
@@ScrapDiva29 adding adhesive to the back of the paper is a great tip. Im talking about the die cutting piece. It looks like it just sits on top of the paper. I guess washi taping it to the paper would solve that. Thanks. 😃 so happy you made their team. I super excited for you.

Hello, really important question, I have this button press and I love it but the medium size is 1.45in but I want to get a circle punch but I can’t find any with that size only a 1.5 would that still work?
The directions are excellent and easy to follow. On to the machine which has nothing to do with the video. There seems to be a problem with the size matching on the large button discs and the large buttons. The discs seem to be too small. I was lucky enough to get one out of five.
Can u use fabric to make the buttons instead of paper?? What’s the best paper to use as well I want to start doing it!! If u want to make customs buttons does it tell I the size of the circles to print them?
