The problem is, Tyson is in so many hidden places. I think they supply most chicken nuggets to the restaurant chains like McDonalds that you may not give them any money at the home dinner plate, but every time you go out, I'll bet there's something on your plate or in the bag that comes from Tyson Foods. Remember Tyson isn't just chicken!

And in California and other places where they are mainly Latino, many are Mexican American and not just immigrants. Ditch diggers (Construction laborers) are also not paid "very well" in most places. Yes they make well above minimum wage, but they are hardly highly paid either for the most part, generally making a lower middle class wage at best.

What's interesting is that if you added up "total compensation" for the top Executives, it's equal to around ~$40 MILLION in cash and non-cash compensation. Surprisingly a small amount. The estimated median employee salary is nearly $42,000 so what are they planning to pay these "migrants"?! Also IF there are about ~120K employees and you figure in the ~$42K which does not specify "benefits included" so that's only ~$5.4 BILLION in employee salary which is only around 10% of the revenue. IF we add another 5% for benefits, that's ~$8.5 BILLION in total employee compensation which means ~$45 BILLION remains for other business expense/profit & yet they're firing American workers & hiring "migrants"?!

Actually it's a felony under immigration laws.
It is a felony to aid in the crossing into the country ilegally, transport illegals within the US borders, shelter illegals, employ illegals, or use state or federal funds to aid or provide services to illegals.
The only way they can get away with this is if it happens where there are already illegals in a sanctuary city that the plant is in. If the plant is not in a sanctuary, they can close the plant, fine Tyson Foods, arrest all of the illegals for deportation, and charged and prosecute those that hired them.
If the illegals travel outside of a sanctuary city, their work permits and all benefits of that sanctuary city are void and anyone breaking immigration laws to aid them is guilty of a felony.
The plus side to this, they claimed that they can hire illegals, lets say in NYC, for cheap labor. That's where they messed up severely. They have to pay those illegals atleast minimum wage. If it is found out that they are not, they violate several laws and open themselves up to a multitude of lawsuits.
Why do you think they’re allowing them to come into the county? All of sudden so many people are crossing the border when 15 years ago you barely saw a Mexican who was here legally. CHEAP LABOR. They found out was much cheaper to bring them in here then to outsource and then import goods
