Hey Dan. Thanks for your willingness to help. I bought this screen from a guy locally who bought it from Carl’s. It had a small defect in it so they sent him another and told him to keep this one:
There is a difference between the front side and the back side. I suppose you could do that but the image would allegedly be much worse. There is a difference in sides of the screen for sure. I think a better option would be go get a 4'-5' wide strip of impact screen material and hang it directly over the main impact zone. I'm researching some of those unique solutions now.
Yeah for sure - especially off to the right in my sim. We are all right handers and shanks off to the right are a real thing. If I had drywall to protect off to the right I would need a better protection solution than what you see in my setup here with just some moving blankets on the wall. I do not believe we have had any balls fire off to the left wall however so if that happened to be the only side that needed protecting for us, it would be no big deal if we didn't put anything in there and most likely never get hit. Depends on the skill levels of the golfers as well lol.
I’ve got 3 weeks in with my premium screen. Love it, although I feel like it could be tighter even though I have no wrinkles. noticed you didn’t use the bungee cords
I try and use minimal bungee cords across the bottom and sides. Just enough to keep the screen tight enough to look good but loose enough to absorb shots and kill most of the bounce back.

Thanks for the update!
Can you turn the screen around and play on the back side giving you 3 more years hitting in a different area?

would you suggest getting pads/curtains beside the screen or do you think that it's ok without them?

I'm just curious about your projector. Are you still on the original bulb?
