Hi Clinton, Any of our projectors that have the ability to do a 4:3 aspect ratio should work well for an 8x10 screen. However, keep in mind the throw distance of whatever projector you would like to use so that your projected image will fill your screen from wherever you plan to mount it. If you have freedom to place your projector anywhere, you will have more options, but if you have a specific mounting place in mind, you'll want to measure the distance from the mount to the screen and find a projector that can accommodate that. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team!
@@CarlsPlace I was expecting a more direct answer. IE make / model. I know you have a list of recommended projectors but they are not matched to the screens they would work best on. I regret not knowing more about projectors prior to purchasing my impact screen.
@@darkace37 Hi Clinton, everybody's setup is different and could call for a different recommendation from us. Would you mind reaching out to our customer service team via chat on our website, email (info@carlofet.com) or phone (608-352-0002)? That way we can get more details about your setup and go from there!
Great question! YES, there is a back and a front side. You can most easily tell the difference by looking at the grommets. The smooth side will be the front, the side with ridges will be the back. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like additional help!
Do not purchase a screen or enclosure from Carls place, mine lasted less than 5 months of winter before it started to tear at the stitching seams and they do not cover warranty. Terrible customer service on a product that was over 2500$USD.
What projector are your customers using to fill the 8x10 impact screen? Just got mine installed and I'm looking to upgrade my projector. Thanks!

Is the durability the same for each option?
Awesome video
Is there a back and front to the screens or can they be mounted either way?
