I enjoy watching your videos! My workers started screeding with the wrong sand before the project manager arrived to stop them and correct the issue. I have cracks in some parts and you can clearly tell the difference. Smh! Thank you for doing this video, it's very helpful.

The laterite is a bit expensive. I get mine for 650ghc. I am building in Santoh.
The cost sometimes depends on the proximity to the source of the material so am not surprised you may get it cheaper.
