So glad neighbor has been able to travel so far and make so many people smile. Some days he doesn’t get the credit he deserves, this car has lead our Cleetus and Cars events to where they are today.
100% Neighbour has some gods in the sky looking after him ;)
Ed would be so proud
You and neighbor are like the duke boys and the general Lee or Burt Reynolds and his trans am 👍🇺🇸
Ford power putting in work 🤘💪🇺🇲
Hes the star for sure ....thank you for coming to Indiana
I love seeing this being an Australian, how Americans have embraced the burnout scene culture with a massive thanks to cleetus and the boys over at the rod shop
Hard, better than that standing burnout shit while someone sprays water that they used to pull.
Embraced it? You merely adopted the smoke. We were born in it.
When Cleeter got all barred up after thrashing El Chromino and yelled "It's just like an Australian burnout car!!" I knew that they finally understood. He even posted that video on Straya day ;_;7
I'm devo the Castlemaine lads can't be over there to soak in the madness they helped create.
well what did u expect, we Americans did basically create burnouts, we just never made a whole sport like yall down under. yall really took a burnout meant to warm up our tires for drag racing and took it to a whole nother level . hahaha yall awesome for that
Me too!
The old push against the wall, sitter, yawn-fest is disappearing and the fans are loving it!
I think we might need a Cleeter & Cars “Down Under” Special Event PPV!
YOU NEEED a rear window sticker for the mystery machine of Shaggy and Scooby scared in the back peeking out.
You’d never see it. The hatch goes up instantly every time. Lol
@@LextechLighting Yep, maybe a side window!
Lmao I had a similar image in my mind when I saw the mystery machine. Which, btw, imo, had the best sounding and all around best burnout. This showing might give them blokes downunda a run for their money . I'd love to see some x boarders exchange of friendly competition in burnouts.
It's crazy how neighbor has become something so much bigger and more special than I think anyone could have ever imagined. The things that it's seen, and she's still going strong. Long live Ed.
she's a good ForEd
It is also pretty amazing how much abuse that VMP setup can take.
I worship that car it is so bad it's good
I was thinking the same!!! Man imagine if Ed were still here!!! He would be having a blast!!! To think neighbor was just an idea to get Ed in a car on the channel more. Who would ha e ever thought neighbor would basically e the hero car of all these cleetus burnout events. While all the other burnout cars constantly break. That monster of a gt500 motor just keeps on going. It has its little issues. But think of how many motors they have rebuilt or replaced on all the other cars in the time neighbor has been around. Started as a salvaged engine and old police e car. And it just keeps on living on to bring smiles to people's faces!!
@@datalorian I agree it's great PR for them
I cant believe we live in a world where Month of Freedom exists. what a time to be alive!
Yeah freedom has become almost non-existent in this world.
I want to hemi swap my 4x4 dakota. Maybe keep it n/a and street legal. Cats and all. Make it a little sleeper.
3 days in and the only vehicles in the fleet that aren't in need of repair are the toterhome and the hovercraft
@@dyent it really only Ruby and the Mystery Machine. those are the only two that don't need any work. well, except for the oil pressure now noticed in ruby. Cleet and JackStands should run Ruby in a burnout.
YEE YEE!
As a proud Australian burnout enthusiast I am so proud of cleet for brining the propper burnout culter to america, well done
Agreed! Now the main thing is to promote skilled driving and stop hitting the barriers and doing wall taps so much. 🤣 American's love smashing their machines. Those Australian burnout competitions are awesome!
@@kelvinh.1101 watching boosted boiz vid of the burnout comp Kyle actually said that it was one of the boxes to tick to do a wall tap, in Australia that ends your run basically.
Also need more safety improvements regarding pinning down tailgates etc.. and crew running around on top of safety walls...I think it was Alex that nearly got decapitated by the mystery machine.
@Comic Lover Agreed... it's just that in America, wall tapping is encouraged.
Being from the uk I’m not the biggest fan of burnouts. I just don’t get the point. Think they’re kind of dumb.
@@chrismason6857 I feel that way sometimes when watching. But every now and then someone does something never seen before. They can become monotonous and it's not for everyone. The Cleetus McFarland channel makes it all worth while. He has a lot more content than just burning out. It's cool to see the behind the scenes and friendships collaborating to make it all happen.
My GF and I were there. We were standing by Ruby over by the staging lanes when you and Alec walked up and drove off in it. Made her day to get a picture with her favorite car and she remarked how chill and humble you seemed. Thanks for a great day man, we can't thank you enough.
Cleetus is the man. A legend
He’s an even greater guy when ya get to know him!
Everything I hear about him seems to be he’s the great, normal guy that could easily be all of our best friends.
Cleetus is a very good man. Very nice and polite. I met him at Holley Ford fest.
Dont believe everything u see on UA-cam he used to take my lunch money every day in middle school... To think of it that's probably how he started youtube you guys are welcome...... Jk all bs aside dont think there could be any better example of a genuine great guy
I live in Indy. People were posting complaining about hearing "continuous gunshots for over 30 seconds" Around that area. Nice job Kyle lmao
30secs.... ah huh. :P
@@wobblysauce "for over 30 seconds" it says.
It amazes me when people who move next to a racetrack can’t know what that noise is or then complain about it.
I think you mean the Vargas Brothers 2 stepping their cars
That was the Vargus brothers in the little blue pickup. He would randomly hop in it, drive around and get on the two step. Maybe go run down the drag strip, maybe circle back around and park it. You can't convey the deep sound it actually makes, sounded like a fully auto .50 cal!
I love how little mechanical sympathy Cleetus has for his vehicles. He builds them to do exactly what he set out to do with them and if they break, they break. He doesn’t baby anything to try to save it from breaking. His mindset is always “if it breaks, we will fix it and make it better”. He is the ultimate Quality Control guy for parts 😂
Guy in the Audi is a legend for that reverse burnout donut
Hands down lol
💯💯💯💯
Donuts* plural lol legendary
I have the wagon version of that car. Can confirm, reverse snow donuts are amazing. Couldn’t imagine how epic it’d be on asphalt lol

The guy deserves more attention than he gets. Genuine car guy.

Props to the guy doing burnouts in an AWD.
That car had way more power then I thought it would.
It was nasty and so bad ass to see i have been looking for someone to post it but the most i have seen came from build tune race and his coverage of burnie
It was absolutely crazy to see in person... the sound it made in the video here didn't do it justice. Quite impressive!
The reverse awd burnout was badass!!!!
The 2.7's are nothing to joke about when given some good parts and decent turbos. Same with the 1.8t as well
That Motormania car was fucking angry, I need to see more of this weapon.
Also, thats a huge crowd, even by Aussie comp standards that is massive. Well done to everyone involved.
Hell yeah, that thing screamed!
It sounded "Perfect" to me!

Who else here remembers when they were worried about how reliable this car would be with the timing chain setup and having to change them all the time and now it's the most reliable vehicle they've ever had.
“We will just change it before each event”
Proceeds to lower the rev limiter and send it forever
I think they do change them semi regularly...
In Australia we have twin row timing chain kits for our v8's, the boys may have found one for the coyote.

He ran the "social media" aspect of 1320.
You had the guys that were trying to stay off the wall, and then you have George, who was trying to mate with the wall.

That RTR is fucking crazy, but his ability to put it wherever he wants is crazier
I would love to see Chels and VGJ drifting together at one of these events, true pros tandem drifting is art.
I am newish to watching Cleetus and burnouts and this side of youtube. I saw the car and wondered if it was Denofa and Gaitin. I can't remember his name or even if I spelt it right. He and Chelsea seem to be partners in racing. I am glad I was right.

Lol accurate 😂
Laughs in lives in America and has gone to summernats for the past 15 years he didn’t really change anything you just hangout with boring ppl with weak cars

I was thinking the same thing. Ford had that modular 32 valve DIALED IN. The Ford GT, Lightning SVT, and GT500 all have modular based engines. Can't believe neighbor has endured probably hours of burnouts, in 5th, on limiter, at 1000hp, on a stock bottom end. It doesn't make sense.
I know, i bleed LS blood. But damn they put neighbor and that VMP charger through the ringer yearlong and its never let em down.

These guys are so awesome. You can't get a better show than what they put out. Everyone is super chill. I meet with so many youtubers and these guys are awesome. They really are here to put on the best show the possibly can. Met James and shared a few words with him. You can't ask for better people come and support. Fantastic meeting everyone you surround yourself with. Can't wait to see the next show.
I'll be honest seeing that first tip in from neighbor gave my chills lmao
I'd like to think that this might even make the people down under a little proud!
Well we aren’t ashamed, still go a long way to go but it’s awesome
Watch the 1st or 2nd burnout comp, us Aussies where laughing now I am impressed
When the crowd said "Hail Yeah Brother"...gave me chills of Joy...
Thank you everyone!
Hail? 🤔
@@linussjoberg3116 Yes "Hail"...Cleetus also uses this Venacular...but you will be okay, change is good...
I don't know if you were at the show or not but I think he needs a clip of the "USA" chant. I think that would be louder because there were still a lot of people there, after the burnouts a pretty large chunk of people left.
Neighbor was by far my FAVORITE. Seeing all of these cars and all of your faces that we have been watching for years through a screen was unreal. My husband and I had the BEST time!
Glad to see you giving Derek more love now. Was hoping to see more from independence but the fuel make it happener wasn’t makin it happen when the fuel wasn’t in the pickup. But damn if that Neighbor tip In wasn’t awesome. Hell yeah brother. Can’t wait for toast to be out there too.
Man i hope Ed is lookin down from Heaven and smiling to see how far Neighbor has come!!!! #DoitforEd
You better believe he is. HELL YEAH BROTHER. FIRE ME UP!!
I'm just hear to watch this again 5 months later because this is one of the most glorious burnouts Neighbor has ever done!
I love how demo matt SENDS it he doesnt care if he totals the elchromino 😂😂
Why should he? He's a multimillionaire. He will just find a new project to move on to and entertain us some more. :) Best wishes to him and his family!
dude the elchro is already pretty much totalled, it just keeps on goin
@@CP-od7tr yeah he’s doing well for himself, but that elco was his Dads, giving it a new life.
