    As a yoga teacher, I find this so interesting and important. Traditional yoga can benefit a lot from modern understanding of human bodies!

    Great! I usually try to ´see´ my muscles while exercising. Your videos help me a lot to practice it.

      thank you Paula for your comment. I like this approach by seeing the muscles. just an input don’t get stuck on individual muscles. They don’t really exist single entities that’s man-made to learn more and understand more but in the body it’s just one big muscle separated by fascia, maybe this helps you in your practice. Have a good one and keep grinding.

    THE B E S T - M A R V E L L O U S demonstration/explanation/animation there is on UA-cam - I dare to say ;-)
    🙏Thanks a lot🙏
    What you`re explaining and proposing is part of what is offered very profoundly in the FELDENKRAIS METHOD.
    A FK- teacher suggests an endless variety of systematically build up sequences while challenging the students to finding out his/her best intern knowledge of `how does ist feel` ...
    How to make it feel even lighter, better, more organically .....
    Directing and connecting all these suggestions and question to the internal superbain we all have.
    Change occurs while experimenting.
    I created a video in which I explain the Feldenkrais Method ..
    Maybe you'll like it?

      thank you so much. I wasn’t aware of this. The difference I want to point out here is I think in class all the way your video looks you keep constantly moving and this differs from this in the sense that once you find a spot where you feel tension then you stay in it until it releases, but don’t get me wrong. I love feldenkreis , I like to work like this myself. It just feels right thank you so much. Have a good one.

    Can i do these if i have L4 L5 disc bulge?

    • @AnatomyLab
      @AnatomyLab  Місяць тому +1

      I’m sorry I cannot answer this for you, since I don’t know where your disc bulge Is and what the reason for it is and so forth. From my point of view, it would be Plain wrong to give any advice to you without ever seeing or touching you. please if you’re not sure- go and see a therapist to help you out or ask a doctor that can actually see you in person,..
