It really depends on the child! We have used both Primary 2022 and MWC for grades K-2. Next year, we will use MWC 3rd and 1st.

Does MWC use the number bond in kinder?

No, there is beginning addition but not number bonds. I don't think P22 K does number bonds either, it's typically a 1st grade skill.
