A buyers agent that answers his phone from clients at 3:00 in the morning, and spends 15,000 k per month on zillow??? and THIS is the guy you're holding up as the untimate agent? Hell no. I'd rather NOT spend 15-20 k a month on BUYER leads, and answer my phone at 3:00 in the morning. Be a listing agent people, let other agents work nights and weekends while you take 100 listings a year! Don't follow this guy's advice unless your goal is to hate your life. 👆
