Would bananas in the Comm v Italy case be a breach of Article 101(2), they might not be similar to fruit but are undoubtedly in competition?
There is a big market for videos of this type on youtube, if you keep producing similar content id expect the channel to grow very quickly.
+Ross Canning I should think there is a better chance of success under competition law as they would both seem to be in the relevant market.
