I can't wait to get this car. Every car I've ever owned was a Honda except for my first was a Dodge Omni 024. My mother owned a Honda, and I drove hers and fell in love at that point. This is such a beautiful car. I have been in 3 Honda Vans since 2003. I'm currently driving a 2015. I'm looking forward to driving this baby next year.
You can use the paddle to effectively get 1 pedal drive but the REAL 1 pedal drive is a setting in the menu. You can still use the paddle, it will just give you even more braking when also using 1 pedal drive.
My wife and I have loved our 2 Bolts. We were looking forward to the new generation offerings. However no CarPlay is a deal breaker. Especially since I use my car for work, and use the car play constantly. I also wasn't that excited about the exterior and interior design of the Blazer EV. Enter Honda. Thank you for fixing all of that, and making (my opinion) the best looking Ultium vehicle so far. Problem solved. I am enjoying everything about my Prologue, except the price....
I really love my Prologue. It's an excellent car. I don't even reach for the keys for my Honda Pilot. The dual screens and maps on the driver screen is the best yet. Comfy car to nap in while charging on a roadtrip.
It is a GM key fob with a Honda logo on it. The screens are also out of the GM Parts Bin as is the steering wheel and the stalks. The climate control is also a GM Parts Bin selection that is the most appealing because the HVAC is not hidden somewhere on a not so infotainment screen using some quirky icons. For the price of the Elite, a rearview mirror camera should be standard. The Elite also lacks GM's "Super Cruise" which is a miss on Honda's part - reserving both the mirror and cruise options for the Acura ZDX priced at/over $10k more. Since this is a one-off partnership, I will impatiently continue to wait for Honda to design and produce an EV from the ground up. I appreciate your review because you borrowed an on the lot vehicle from a dealer and did not do the whole flown out to wine country for a long weekend, smothered in swag, and given the highlights from Honda Corporate Marketing to sell. Oops, I mean highlight.
why the static audio? was that the rain? Seems like you could have re-recorrding the voice over and it makes the 2nd half of the video virtually unwatachable with all the crispy crackling static.
Honda, but all you really need to buy are tires eventually...When you buy it I recommend a 4 yr warranty so you get dealer brakes twice... No more oil changes, occassional check ups...can get a windshield warranty but that's up to you. It comes with door ding protection, which makes sense because of the width. A true world car. Assembled in Mexico, Parts from the world...GM joint venture...It's my dream vehicle!
I like it, however This kind of reminds me of when Honda partnered with Isuzu in the 90s for the Honda Passport and Acura SLX …. And Honda later had some regrets!!!
Quick question... How these manufactors Honda and GM are going to advance the difficulties in today's world of sealing an EV. (I don't think with those prices🤑🤑🤑.) Have you seen what is happening with the Ford Mach E? Seating in the parking lots. ☠☠☠

To be honest tons of cars are sitting in parking lots, including teslas. The car market is crazy over saturated.
