Duddingston kirk 12 century church and The Sheep Heid Inn perhaps the oldest surviving licensed premises in Edinburgh, if not Scotland. Open in 1320 it's been serving Edinburgh for over 600 years including Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobite army. The great history of the place and lovely scenery is a must see
