LOL an italian grocery store in my neighborhood had a 1960's IH Metro van like that...would pay us kids to help unload waste produce at the incinerator dump...have not seen a Metro in a long time! Happy Fourth DB & DBjr.

First thing I would do if clearing that land would be do a little research to find out what or if anything used to be there. That would help a lot in giving an idea of what you might run into in all that overgrowth. Buildings and such.
