I believe this is why every person NEEDS to go through a season of singleness. And I mean not being attached to someone sexually for a season. So that way when you’re in a relationship and circumstances call for a moment of abstinence, it’s not your first time walking through it.

I'd like to see Chanel, Candice and Brittany on the 100th episode. With having watching Nice & Neat since the beginning, it's beautiful to bear witness to your evolution. From Jalon once being the "single" friend to now being a father, along with Omar being married and Duke now a fiancé, I think the 100th episode would speak to your overall evolution as MEN. Omar saying there's a weird envy is accurate and I think the unhealthy man takes the road of cheating and doing his own thing while woman is pregnant because he feels excluded. The healthy man tries to connect to the best of his ability
As a father of a two month old. I agree with Jalon being a parent have you extra tired man. Being that I’ve experienced the pregnancy as a man when your lady pregnant you just take more on your plate and handle it. Not having her worry about any besides the child is. great episode and shoutout to black fathers. 💯

As a parent.. you can always make time. Kids are not that bad, it's a mindset so to you O and Candace know that baby is an extension It's NOT an interruption therefore do whatever you go to do to remain WHO you were before becoming a parent. TRUST you will thank me later #Love

I love this so much. We are currently in our third pregnancy (now with twins), and each time has gotten better because I gave my husband the space to admit that pregnancy is a journey for him as well. Seeing me uncomfortable, wobbling, hungry but can’t satisfy my cravings, can’t keep up with chores and frustrated about it (the list goes on), makes him want to do more although it simply cannot be done by one person. We really are in this together and I agree that men discussing their journey aside from the woman’s journey would be impactful.
My former boss use to always say, “more is caught then taught “.
Imparting traits to your children is making sure to model the behavior you want them to have, and while you are modeling being intentional to have conversations about the why. How you treat your wife or the neighbors or even how you talk to the kids they mimic you. Children really are a sponge.
This was such a beautiful quality conversation. I definitely think the conversation of fatherhood and the transitions that happen should be separate from motherhood. I loved when they spoke on what they want to see passed down to their kids.

As a mom of two, it is so touching to see men that are so connected to the mother of their children. I feel like I robbed myself of that feeling during my pregnancies because I wasn't patient in waiting for who God has for me.
Don't get me wrong I was in a relationship with these men while I was carrying their child however I was cheated on during those moments, neglected and did not get the experience I've imagine when pregnant, hate that for me. But I have learned so much during my journey
