Every PIXAR Feature Animated Movie: Worst to Best
Pixar is probably the most famous 3D animation studio in existence, and that is certainly well deserved. With a career that’s lasted 35 years and counting, Pixar has produced some of the greatest family movies in existence, which is a very unique market that’s different from just “kids’ movies.” Family movies can not only be enjoyed by everyone, but can also have impactful messages that really move the audience, no matter what stage of life that the viewer is currently in. This is what mostly separates Pixar from Disney in my opinion, but make no mistake, Pixar ain’t perfect. Just like Disney, they have produced some timeless masterpieces as well as embarrassing duds, and it’s going to be our job to separate the good from the bad.

The first Cars movie is actually really good
Agreed,I do have a lot of Nostalgia for Cars.
I watched the movie a second time and Enjoyed it a lot but there are better movies
Yeah.i mean, its not a masterpeice, but its better then people make it out to be
Yee
Agreed big time
I think that movie had the most research and inspiration than any others
They went out of their way to go to the real route 66 and researched how the people act and live life there
Toy Story 3 still has one of the most ingenious prison break scenes I have ever seen in a film. The imagination and planning and strategy from everyone involved for the escape scene is just brilliant.
The creators of the film have gone on record saying they watched every prison break movie ever to get the break from Sunnyside right
daycare and garbage dump movie
Finding Dory got a little too much Hate in my opinion. Unlike other Comic Relief characters Like The Minions or Sheen, I was able to understand Dory and her Backstory. And her reunion with her Parents was one of the most emotional scenes in any movie I seen in a theater. Yes, this film copies some elements from the original Finding Nemo movie, but It's still worth watching at least once.
I agree. I liked the dory movie better than the Nemo movie.
@@toystorystudios2565 that's okay. I like both. but I just liked Finding Nemo better.
@@benrobson3442 Yes, both are good.

I have an idea: Disney Villains: Likable To Hateable.
Most Likable: Hades (Hercules)👍
Neutral: Ursula (Little Mermaid)
Most Hateable: Judge Frollo (Hunchback Of Notre Dame)👎
gotta agree with you on frollo. he is a shithead
I think Hades and Yzma are tied as the most likable. Yzma is actually considered one of the funniest Disney villains
Frollo is a bum, and worst of all he assumes to be a man of god, bruh.
Scar is an amazing villain. i’m curious though…if you’re a villain yet you’re what one might call "likeable" perhaps maybe they aren’t playing the best villain role? i mean like i said, i personally think Scar is an amazing villain and he’s the benchmark for Disney villains because he draws so much hatred and emotion out of the audience. i mean "long live the king" and then allowing Mufasa to just drop and plunge to his death i know made me at least want to go on a safari and hunt him down myself! that, to me, is a good villain. you’re not supposed to like them. sure, a villain can be interesting, or a bad ass, or cool, or whatever you might want to label them with. i just don’t think any antagonist, at least not a good one, should be likeable, because if they were likeable then why would you want to see the hero win?
I can not express how much I love Wall-E with words. Also you’ve got your new longest video record! Great job guys!
This was the longest video I've seen from WickedBinge so far. Usually the vids are somewhere around 20 mins or 1/2 an hour, but this was almost an hour. That's a lot of time for "Binge"ing. Get it?
I completely disagree I think wall E Is boring and doesn’t have enough action
As much as I liked this list, there were a few films that I think deserved a higher ranking.
I'm really glad you mentioned Monsters University with an amazing third Act, the movie is definitely not better than the original but it's very near and dear to my heart because it's really realistic and how it portrays the theme of hard work and while I do like the characters of Ozma Kappa I got to say that the third Act is top-tier in my opinion on par with some of the best of Pixar's movies, in my opinion it's one of the most underrated Pixar films
Monsters University really surprised me when I first saw it on the big screen. The marketing was sub-par, but I found the story very engaging, and I honestly like this movie more than some other Pixar movies that are more popular.
I love it too cause it fleshes out the established relationship we have in the first film between Mike and sully and of coarse I am a sucker for university movies 😅I just love the environment of it and just the whole going to school thing, as well as the montages of Mike studying and him later training the other monsters
It's impressive on how Pixar can be very mature, directly or indirectly. Those problems that the characters face and experience at some point are very realistic and descriptive for anyone's life in society.
Still, no company is perfect, but it's hard to deny the good aspects that can make an visual comparison with Pixar and Disney (both studios are good, but once again, not perfect).
And yes, Toy Story 3, Wall-E and The Incredibles are some of the most precious films in Pixar's phanteon with their accomplishments on its characters and story, especially how they're relatable to the viewers, especially the villains.
Eh, I would have put Incredibles in the 10th-6th place zone. Dude, I like the movie, but I don't think its that great. Toy Story 3 and WALL-E though: Yep, they are masterpieces.
Syndrome isn't that relatable, he was an entitled brat with no sense of what it means to be a hero. All he did was cause a distraction at a crucial point, get a bomb stuck to him that he didn't even notice, and ultimately allowed the villain get away. Not to mention he was a literal child in a highly dangerous situation with no ability to protect himself. The list of reasons Mr. Incredible was right not to take him on is a long one.
I think there should be a sequel to Brave that redeems Merida as a character because I think she really has a lot of potential!
You know who else has a lot of potential? The T-rex family. And Reptilus Maximus.
I don't think Brave needs a sequel. it's best for the film to stay as it is.

One main question I have about Cars is…..How can they reproduce?
Dude, don't bother asking questions like that in the Cars universe. Their world doesn't have that much logic.
the worst world building in probably any animated movie ever
Putting Toy Story 4 THAT LOW broke my heart. Woody is a toy with realistic feelings, and is allowed to have a change of heart, especially in the situation he is put in in this movie. While the previous 3 movies are about sticking with a child that loves you, the fourth movie presents a realistic scenario to toys: What happens if a child gives you up entirely/only ever plays with other toys? That's not happiness. It was bound to happen anyway. Woody is an old toy, and Bonnie is only going to get older. It just makes sense to me. While I can kinda understand where you're coming from, this movie is wonderful in my eyes. Beautiful animation, never feels boring (unlike parts of the first Toy Story IMO), exciting new characters, great pacing, emotional and I could just go on and on. It's not the perfect movie, (like Buzz's role in the movie, the rest of the old cast barely having anything to do, etc.), but I think it's worthy of more than what you ranked it as
I didn't really like toy story 4.
To put it simply, TOY STORY 4 NEVER NEEDED TO HAPPEN
I wouldn't hate the movie as much if its not for the ending where woody left buzz. If they all return home to bonnie then it will be fine

I actually have to disagree with placing Onward so low altough I completely respect your opinion. Onward hit me really frickin' hard. I even refused to watch it for the second time even though I truly loved the whole movie. I grew up without my dad and I'd give everything up to meet him just like Ian would. unfortunately I didn't have a real father figure - I had a step-dad but we weren't really close - so I think it hit me even harder when Ian found his father figure in his brother and therefore finally found happiness. I was happy FOR him. but as I said, I completely respect your opinion since different stories have different impact on different people. ♡💔
P. S. found your channel just a few weeks ago & absolutely fell in love with it, love your vids!
Onward is an incredible journey. Top 10 for sure
I don’t know about you but I love Brave. Because it explores the difficult relationship that Merida had with her mother during the beginning of the movie. But they managed to patch it up at the end. It reminds me of how difficult my relationship with my mother was like when she was alive. Just like with Merida and her mother in the beginning of the movie, Brave, my mother and I had a rocky relationship. She wasn’t very nice to me or my dad for 19 years of our lives. And she called us terrible names that I can’t repeat because they’re curse words. But some of it wasn’t all that bad. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to tell her how much she meant to me and junk. And she sadly passed away in 2016.
1:46 Cars is awesome
Why the Cars movies were made:
Cars 1: To make a cross between a racing film and a slice-of-life movie with an amazing character arc and to sell toys.
Cars 2: To sell toys.
Cars 3: To try to correct the errors of Cars 2 and to sell toys.
P.S. Half the franchise’s fanbase is devoted to collecting the merchandise, so hating the movies PURELY because they are at least partly made to sell toys is a stupid excuse, but other reasons that intertwine with that are valid. Like, “The movies were made to have talking cars to sell toys.” That statement is actually correct. The reasons in the video are also valid, but as a Cars diecast collector, I can’t help but feel offended whenever someone rants about/around the merchandise.

I agree. Brave is a good film. I gave it a 9/10
Coco is my favorite too. I can relate to Miguel because I have lost two grandmothers to Alzheimer’s/ Dementia.
Brave:8/10
@@Showtunediva yeah I love Coco a lot too
I’m not necessarily into animated movies nowadays simply because I feel like I’m too old for them and I don’t always find them funny and sometimes they can be too dark or the jokes can be hard to understand or even laugh at. My favorite Pixar movies are all 4 Toy Story films and A Bug’s Life. However, the first Toy Story would have to be my #1 pick. I agree with the fourth being the worst, as well as the second and third films as remarkable improvements of the first. But the reason why I like the first Toy Story the best is simply because Pixar wouldn’t be Pixar without a tear jerking, but memorable franchise. More importantly, it was how Pixar and the franchise itself all began. The first Toy Story not only covered how Woody sacrificed his personal desires to show his love and dependability for Andy and his toy friends, as well as examining the point of view of other toys, but also showed how Pixar created the unending possibilities of, if not the greatest animated films produced in history. My favorite characters from the Toy Story franchise consist of Woody, Rex and Sarge. I’d also like to point out that Stinky Pete and Gabby Gabby were the only two villains from the franchise that I believed to be the most relatable and I couldn’t help but feel sorry for. Furthermore, that’s simply how the audiences were supposed to view them, despite it being mostly from Woody’s perspective. As for A Bug’s Life, it was very interesting for a plot based off of the story The Ant and The Grasshopper. I mean, we’re humans and not bugs, right? And it’s very simple for us to find our own food and nobody even owes it to us. Like Flik said, ants are not meant to serve grasshoppers and that applies to stingy old Hopper. I personally think that Manny was the most memorable of The Circus Bugs and perhaps my favorite character from A Bug’s Life, given I used to want to be a magician as a kid and a magician was his occupation. I also liked Flik, Francis, Slim and Mr. Soil, however. I’m not particularly fond of the other nineteen Pixar films, or maybe I found them uninteresting or I just didn’t like them they way I used to like them. This is my ranking for these five Pixar films:
5. 9:40 Toy Story 4
4. 43:32 Toy Story 3
🥉 24:38 A Bug’s Life
🥈 39:22 Toy Story 2
🥇 36:47 Toy Story 1
I 💯% disagree with your opinion on animated movies. No one is too old for them, and they can have amazing messages that are timeless.
@@captainmarvelwilson508 I agree with you, no one is too old for animated movies. You watch them as a kid, with your kids and then again with your grandchildren, their wonder is ever renewable.
I will say that in defense of Coco’s “twists” (concerning Hector and Ernesto) it doesn’t seem like they were made just to try and catch people off-guard like a lot of the current Disney and Pixar movies attempt to do. I dunno, maybe I’m just being weird, but I feel that these twists were primarily for Miguel, and not necessarily for the audience, and I think that’s why I don’t mind them as much.
Even though it was easy to deduce Hector’s role to Coco and Miguel early on, when they both figured it out, I remember there was this sense of relief in the theater audience. And people were really happy about it. Even though a few were all “I knew it!” It didn’t necessarily seem like a bad thing. It made that moment sweeter because inwardly a lot of people were pushing for the characters themselves to learn it. Honestly, I think it was well written because we became more invested in the story of this family and what made that ending with Miguel and Coco much more tear-inducing.
And Ernesto’s twist, while very true to form in the entertainment world in real life, also served a purpose to further Miguel’s growth. It was a harsh lesson, but it helped to give his family a little credit for their fears of what pursuing your passions too much could do. What you are willing to do or sacrifice, like Imelda mentions. Ernesto sacrificed his own values, morals, and essentially his soul for his passion. Miguel showed some signs of negatively “seizing the moment” like Ernesto early on in the film, and seeing what it did to his music idol helped to soften his heart towards his family from both sides of the living and dead.
Was it also pretty predictable? Yes. But again, I feel like it wasn’t written in a way of “omg who could have guessed he was the evil one?” It was more so that Miguel could realize that his actions of stealing the guitar, using Hector to help him avoid his family, and sneaking into restricted areas were symbolic of what Ernesto was willing to do, even to the point of straight up murder.... And it seems like Miguel needed that dramatic slap to the face in order for him to be willing to sacrifice music for his family.
Am I reading way too much into this movie? Eh, very likely. But I honestly think this is the best movie Pixar has made, so please forgive my long ramble just now.
Hip Hip Hooray! I was waiting for this one! Thanks guys!
Toy Story 4 should have been higher
I enjoyed every Pixar Movies, and I don't have a hate realationship with Pixar.
Ngl, I absolutely adore cars. 3 . At least in my top 10, it's not my favorite, but it's still pretty good. I genuinely feel like it would've been a better cars 2, then the actual cars 2. I like cars 3 bc I like the idea of lightning retiring and having cruze continue his legacy. I also like the garage scene were Sally messes with lightning when he's in his depressed state and I love all the scenes that have anything to do with doc Hudson bc doc is my favorite character in the whole car franchise because he has a really interesting backstory and a great redemption. I understand why he didn't want anyone to know he was famous before. I love that he finally goes back to the racing world in order to help lightning that whole race scene is beautiful to me. I love it when lightning meets Smokey, but I love the scene where smoky finally tells Lightning that he was what made Doc the happiest car on earth not racing. I kinda understand why people don't like it, but I feel like it doesn't deserve all the hate it gets.
Frozone has the best lines which created the "say what again" meme
Cars is my favorite Pixar's Franchise with The Incredibles, Monster Inc/Monsters University and Finding a Nemo/Finding a Dory.
Bruh, if you thought this was a nightmare to make, I wanna see you try to make a good to evil with every mario character.
Or a DreamWorks movies: worst to best...
"Cars was made for toys" Literally almost every movie is made for toys...
I actually love the movie “Brave”! It’s actually awesome in my opinion
Finally another Brave fan!!
I'm glad I'm not the only one
I agree that Merida is not the best to look up to, considering her selfish acts with little to no remorse, but I actually really loved that we got a protagonist who was selfish, and didn't change much. Might sound weird, but I found it unique. I love Brave :3
I may have my complaints about your placement of Inside Out, but I say your Top 10 is legit.
On top of that, I personally think you should look also think of the confusing moments without bing inside Riley's head. I think it helps explain it a bit more with less content when you see the human perspective.
I just wanted to say that Violet got totally shafted in Incredibles 2 when Tony’s memory was wiped. I would absolutely love to see a spin off movie that focuses on that relationship.
The biggest question for me about the first Toy Story is how does Buzz know to freeze when he thinks he’s the real Buzz Lightyear.
Hey WickedBinge! Since you're on the topic of Pixar, can you please do Which Pixar Villain Would Win SQUID GAME next? Thank you!

Funny how people tend to say that Sid did not deserve the traumatizing shock he received.
I am not sure...
While breaking toys is definitely not a foreign concept for children, the way Sid genuinely enjoyed destroying his toys was really concerning to me. He did not come over as a an average kid that just had an ... onorthodox way of playing. What I saw were some serious red flags.
you see, it starts off with toys.... then it will be animals... next thing you know, humans.
I saw early signs of a psychopat when watching Sid 'playing' with his toys.
Secretly the most evil villain
I remember when Woody came to life because he overhears me crying about something, that’s when Woody finally learned of Prince Philip’s passing in 2022. Then Woody grieved for Queen Elizabeth II’s death just months later as well as becoming Woody.EXE’s heir apparent after the Queen Elizabeth died in 2022
Again why Is Cars 3 in bad 7:32 Cars 3 Was a author Great Pixar Movie is perfect 😍 I still give it 10/10 in my opinion where he crashes it actually made me cry 😭
"Probably cause the stupid second movie tainted the series in the eyes of many. Seriously, it's all Cars 2's fault! If that movie didn't exist and we just had a duology on our hands, then people would at least consider it a servicable conclusion. But no, this piece of crud ruined everything."- Schaffrillas Productions quote.
Yeah Cars 3 is my favorite out of the three, and I really don't understand why people overlook it.
@@zrexy79s11 I wouldn’t say stupid it’s more like They just could of done better with Cars 2 in the Tokyo Race I wish we could of got to see more of the race and that goes for the other 2 races that were in the movie
@@danielbarradas6699 The race scenes were good, I'll admit. Look I don't mind the idea of a car spy thriller. What I don't like is that it tries to pass itself off as a direct sequel to the first, which is not true. It kinda feels like a side story if anything.
On Hopper - I find the after credits scene says a lot - this is a movie, and Hopper is a villain being played by an actor. One that takes his job seriously, even when the others are fooling around.
And Edna Mode is certainly the most Successful villain.
She has the heroes right where she wants them.
She monologues - they listen.
She has a hidden lair - guarded with lasers.
She is a gem.
I disagree as putting Cars 3 and 1 low, THAT BREAKS MY ENTIRE BODY. Cars is my soul favourite movie. And now as I’d rank, all movies go down into the gold medal of ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE except the 3 Cars movies, Planes (if it is made by Pixar, idk), and Wall-E. The reason why I rank the Cars movies so high is due to them being my soul favourites. I ALSO ABSOLUTELY HATE HOW CARS 2 WASN’T EVEN PUT ON THE LIST. SO I COMPLETELY HATE THESE PLACEMENTS.
I love every Pixar, but my least favorite is The Good Dinosaur.
I like cars 2
What makes this video intense is when it's your first time watching it because don't know what Pixar movie is number 1
Nobody should hate this i have alot of reasons why i love the film. 1. it's both racing and a spy movie 2. Mater is really funny 3. A really interseting villain
Cars 2 respect that's wassup
I agree that the Incredibles is the best pixar movie of all time! It is a great movie! Toy Story is another great one lol
Cars 2 ain't really that bad in my opinion, it's just the fact that it was a sequel that was the problem, it would've worked as a spinoff.
I'm also a little bias since this was the first pixar film i actually saw.
That's actually my biggest problem with the movie. I don't mind a plot about spy cars, but it should have been a spinoff instead of a direct sequel, henceforth why its bad.
This is my favorite movie for me the best movie I have seen for me it's better than the original (MY OPINION) DON'T SCREAM AT ME JUST BECAUSE I SAID IT IS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL
@@meno3104 (mocking Thor in endgame) "I like this one."
I swear, it feels like I'm rewatching Brian Hull's Pixar Tier List!
Only difference is that Brian didn't pit The Incredibles at number one, he put Up there instead. Plus, Ratatouille and Inside Out are much higher, same with Monsters University. He put Toy Story 4 as third worst, but Brave and Cars 2 were ranked the same as this video.

The best Pixar movie franchise in my opinion is Pixar's Cars, and it's underrated compared to all the other Pixar movie franchises. Now people can argue that Cars 2 is terrible due to how violent it was, and Mater taking a lead role in the film. Though it's still entertaining for me watching the movie, and seeing the action take place. Pixar's Cars might not the be the best franchise from Pixar to most people. It is for me going into the heart of racing, an interesting world runned by living vehicles, its humor, and it being my childhood growing up.🚘❤🖤🏁
somehow i don’t think this apparent excess of violence you speak of is the driving factor behind why people don’t like Cars 2 lol…i think there’s more wrong with that movie than that lol. if you liked these movies then hey, that’s awesome. i can’t argue with your opinion, in fact no one can. it’s your subjective perspective. but let’s not kid ourselves and bring up "violence" being the problem. like lol…violence? it’s a Pixar movie! the problem that i imagine most people including myself have with Cars 2 is that Mater is a pretty one dimensional character. he’s a piece of furniture and a supporting role that never should have become the main attraction of their very own film.
here’s what Cars 2 is for me: it’s like The Lion King 1½. Timon and Pumba are extremely funny characters. they were the comic relief of the original film, as well as the sequel. but did anyone ever ask for or even think about seeing a movie completely based on them? absolutely not. like they’re extremely well written characters, but their backstory is pretty forgettable. that’s what Cars 2 and exploring the character development of Mater was for me. it was just an uninspired insight into a character that’s only really around to spout out random pieces of wisdom and drop the occasional one liner. even if we look past the pretty bizarre plot itself, we’re still left with a main character with about as much complexity as a loaf of bread.
That's alot of good points you have. Maybe violence isn't the real problem with why Cars 2 is such a hated film. It's mainly because of Mater carrying the role in that film being way too much of himself instead of a loyal automobile to Lightning McQueen. But I still think that movie deserves more respect.
