Water will only hydrate you from being thirsty, it won’t do a dam thing for your skin in terms of the outer layer. I’ve got dry skin and very good bout drinking fluids.
Eucerin ia very greasy in the ingredient list there is paraffinum oil second. I tried and is like putting plane oil on your skin which is very unpractical, it never absorbs. It is a horrible product a waste of money. It is just plain mineral oil. i wont repurchase it ànd I dont know what to do with the one a bought I thought it was a moisturizing cream. What a disspointement.
nah man Eucerin Cream are amazing!!! the thing with oily moisturizer is that it leave an oily film, that serve as an occlusive layer that trap all the moisture in your skin, so water doesnt evaporate. it perfect for winter time, as my body's skin get very dry, and dont produce enough natural oil to retain moisture. and it itch the sht out of me, i even get ezcema breakout, but the "Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion " works magic for me! first day use, no more itch!
eucerin have wide range of moisturizer though, ranging from watery lotion, to half oil half water, to mostly Oil. the intensive repair lotion is the most oily of them all lol.
yes u can i tested their lotion, it has a ph level of 5.5, which is the perfect ph level for the skin, so it restore your skin barrier keeping moisture in and bacteria out. but u cant use it along with retinoid, cauz it every eucerin lotion have AHA in it. it may irritate your skin.
Too many options to pick from gotta try each one. Pretty much a trial and error for me and the family. Most of the times manufacturers discontinue products and I have to figure out which one works and don’t. Plus you get tired of using the same one over time. Hope this helps.
