- An Airbus A330 landing at Tambler Airport in General Santos, Philippines starting from a visual approach on right downwind for runway 35.
This pilot’s perspective or cockpit view may or may not contain airplanes of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Air Swift, Royal Air, Pan Pacific, Skyjet or other Philippine air carriers.
Goshhh, thopography and landscape- wise, Gen. San's airport is almost similar to Melbourne International in Australia. 🤗😊☺

Finally I get to see a front seat view in the cockpit which has been my dream since a kid. I miss traveling back to GenSan with my family.. ❤️❤️❤️

I hope CebPac will acquire some A350s of their own in the near future, as they can open new routes for the airline and serve more passengers. Not to mention they share same type rating with A330 :)

Hi Joshua. I always enjoy a cockpit view landing somewhere/anywhere. We have family in Gen San, but haven't visited there for too long. Maybe next time we vacation in Davao City.

Also, what are those things hanging near the nose of the A350?
Those are covers for the pitot and static sensors (Basically airspeed and altitude probes) so bugs and other foreign objects wont get lodged in the system and mess up our instrumentation readouts.

I believe it's not right to say direct flight from Manila to New York, London, and Canada coz direct flight is having 1 or more stops until the final destination is reached. Say for example BA has flight from London City to New York but stops at Shannon for refueling and immigration checking.
While PAL'S flight from Manila to New York, London and Canada is called Non-stop flight coz wont be stopping to any airport.

Don't get me wrong, I Love Mindanao and General Santos City, but why "modernize" an airport, then never use the "Skyway" Gate bridges to board and deplane the passengers. That is just stupid....

Have you seen my video of a bird strike taking off from Davao International? About two and a half years ago we were videoing out the window adjacent to the RH engine as we were departing Davao. Just before V1 there was a loud thunk, and the pilot threw out the anchors. Days later, while I was editing the video in slow motion, I found we captured the exact moment the poor bird entered the engine. It's on my channel - just search it for bird strike. Cheers, Greg.

I really love your videos sir! I really want to sit in a cockpit and watch the things below but just can't I'm colorblind. Sabi ni doc change plan nalang daw talaga di raw pwede magpiloto.
Flying clubs like Angeles City Flying Club and Mindanao Saga Flying Club will let you fly sport aircraft even with color blindness if you would like to give it a try, sir. Don't let the doctors get in the way of the dream!

Short term storage. Aircraft was moved to Clark already I believe.
Now I know when to turn the auto pilot off on Xplane 11 😁

Hi sir, what min. speed po ng eroplano kapag landing or short final po? I am playing infinite flight simulator po and i can't seem to balance the aircraft when landing po kasi tapos minsan hindi pa nakakaabot sa runway. Hope you get to read this po
