Im interested in the 3.6....the one engine in Subaru's lineup that seems to bypass media/enthusiast attention. I like that subaru does incremental modifications and updates, placing quality as a premium over quantity.
A couple of years ago I got my wife a 2015 legacy/liberty and she loves it, as a matter of fact this is the exact same blue color, my wife got so heart broken when she found out that subaru here in USA had discontinued the legacy in 2019.
Maybe the extra weight of the 6 cylinder is bottoming out the suspension, and should have had revised springs. It would be interesting to know if the 2.5 bottoms out.
In Australia, Legacy is a War Veterans non-profit organisation. Not exactly what you would want to name your Japanese made car after, so they renamed it Liberty.
the new interiors in the Outback/Legacy are quite good. They're very simple and utilitarian compared to other interiors but they still do feel very premium. High quality materials used throughout.
Subaru needs to bring back there special models like the 07-08 liberty tuned by sti
Brembos
Bilstein
Etc etc

Wait, the Legacy is the Liberty in other countries?
Only in Australia, due to a trademark being held by a veterans group called "Legacy"
better name I think

Oh snap nigga Matt betrayed Car Advice and is now on Cars guide. Must be calling the big shots now
I've driven the 4 banger liberty and I gotta say, what a dull and uninspiring car to drive. A Camry hybrid is more fun to drive

Subaru just don’t do good interiors. Always look dated.
Lathen Loibl You'd disagree if you sat in a 2015+ Outback/Legacy
