    In my opinion, having airline loyalty is only necessary if you don’t have any real competition at your airport and or if your job reimburses you for your travel.
    I’m happy you used EWR as your example. Only airline cards and day passes get you into any of those lounges. United also doesn’t seem too bothered by any of the other airlines that use EWR and their prices (cash or rewards) show that.
    Lastly with any airline card, there’s only really a few things worth looking at and that’s how many checked bags we get, companion pass (if available) and lounge access.
    It seems you’re also in the NYC area so I look forward to future vids man.

    Here’s my hot take: there absolutely a right answer here. You should never be loyal to any corporation. They have no idea who you are and don’t care either. You’re a number on a spreadsheet to them. Grab whatever transferable point currency card you prefer and have at it. Don’t be loyal to the issuer either. Never be afraid to dump one corporation for another - they would do the same to you in a heartbeat.
