Hi, thanks for all the information. I have a question; when I'm editing my video in for example instagram I can't download it with music, right? So I can't schedule the video with a song from instagram? If I'm editing in for example Capcut, I can put music in but not the viral music from instagram or tiktok. I search forever on Google and UA-cam but I can't find any solution. Or maybe this is a stupid question, I'm sorry I'm just starting😂

Hello! Currently, 3rd party tools don't have access to trending sounds via the platform APIs. We hope they will add it in the future! A workaround to this could be to either import the video into the planner with the audio already attached or you can schedule with a push notification and add in the sound as a finishing touch at the time of posting. ☺️

Hello! So that is a limitation via the API, if you are looking to add a collaborator, you can always schedule it with a push notification so that when it comes time to post, the photo/video and caption will be downloaded and you can add in a finishing touches like tags or that collaborator option. ☺️
UTM links are links that have parameters associated with them so you can track your traffic based on things like source, campaign, medium, etc! For example, with our UTM generator, you can then track how those links are performing in Google Analytics. :)
This is not currently available through the API! If you would like to add topics to your video, we suggest scheduling with a push notification so you can add in those finishing touches like topics, sounds, etc.
With manual posting (push notifications) you said it will download whatever was set and then we can do it manually within the platform. But which platform Metricool or Instagram? Does merticool redirect us to IG so that we can post directly there? Or it just opens the edit page in metricool app?

Does the "list of posts" include reels?
Yes! There is a separate section that lists your reels. :)

As for stories, this is also an API limitation! Links and tags on stories are only available within the native platform.

You would click on the push notification, everything will download and you will be redirected to Instagram. 😊
