Utah Utes Football defeat Oregon Ducks 2003 Game Highlights

Utah defeats Oregon 17-13 as Alex Smith led the Utes offense with 340 yards passing. Steve Savoy finished with 176 yards receiving on 6 catches. Utah's strong defense frustrated the ducks offense all night long holding them to just 1 offensive touchdown. Utah freshman Eric Weddle came up with a big play causing a Oregon fumble late in the game which the Utes recovered. A couple missed field goals by Utah and a late goal line stand by Oregon kept the score closer than the game looked.

@@jrodnationthehumanitarianh2770 With Utah now playing in a P5 conference, and consistently competing as one of its top teams (including better and better recruiting classes), not to mention now being in the CFP conversation who knows? imagine if Urban decided to finish his career in Utah after Whit retires. Recruiting would go through the roof. I predict he'd retire with another National Championship at a third school.
