I love this. You are the best teacher. Have you ever painted a pineapple.? I'm having the hardest time following any other artist. Seems so easy but I can’t capture any pineapple that isn’t flat and boring and muddy.
Of course, my painting of this rooster only partially resembles your image. I guess that that is how it should be. I am liking my image thus far. I have yet to add details to its face, its feet and the cast shadow under the rooster. I also must add those background swatches to take away all of that white background. Thanks for all of your tips and pointers.
