Any advice for Boatless Lake trout / Lake Char fishing on the Niagara river. I've had no issues catching salmon and trout by the whirlpool but the lakers keep avoiding me even though I see other guys catching the odd one here and there. I've heard blue and silver little cleo's or Chartreuse beads, but I'm unsure.
thanks for the suggestion :) I have mentioned that in other episodes, but basically, Gold for murky water and silver for clear....Hot Pink in dirty water and chartreuse or black under any condition :)
Fantastic fishing, what a salmon, congratulations, thanks for letting us see 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪

Great video Ivo as usual, wherever you go fishing. I like coming here for steelhead, is it still early to go for steelhead fishing at this place? Ty

we also use the Stingeye Spinner, size 4, for Lakers with very good success :)
While at least you don't have to fight the boat.
Maybe you can talk color and water clarity and weather in a video
