Just flip the front fork bolt around, nut on top, think that will give you the clearance you need.

You don't need a new chain, just a smaller sprocket on the back, you will go faster too!

Problem with that brake is that when there's no chain there's no brakes. I enjoyed the video none the less.

maybe. this frame is designed to fit the 79cc. I'm sure with some mods you can make it fit

yes, like 180 degrees.. since the head of the bolt is shorter.. it wouldn't rub on the tire.
