I would like to add something here. I also worked in India for 3 years before covid so in office a lot of things cannot be done. When I moved to Canada, remote work became a norm and it is even worse for health than going to office. Some things which our leaders told us here to do are. 1) If you have a meeting where you have to just talk, you can go outside and can take a meeting while walking. 2) Complete your hours afterwards but keep your doctor's, dentist's appointment etc as first preference. 3) Whenever you are feeling hungry, always keep fruit as your first choice rather than snacks. 4) If you were on a vacation and joining the office back, take first two hours off, complete your sleep and exercise for a few minutes and login by 11. Health issues with remote work are much more serious than in office. Thank you for making this video

It's almost 3 yrs for me working in IT now.. From Last 1.5 yrs I have seen my health is getting badly effected due to stress .. every now and then I fall sick and gained alot of weight also.. Now I have realised ,it's because I have prioritised my work before my health and it had hit me hard. It's time to say no to stress and focus on health equally. Thanks for the video
this has already happened to me, and I am still a student, I am already stressed due to studies, how will I survive in the corporate world ? I do get scared due to this. Especially in the Indian market.

I am in a coding bootcamp. It's not easy to be an IT employee that I know. It's not like I am finding the work hard but I think it's the environment making it so hectic that even in a single task I cannot put my brain properly. I feel like I am already so exhausted. Even the trainer here says to hustle. I think this hustle culture is not important than your own satisfaction, health and peace. These trainers also tell us to wake whole night and study but is it really the fact that study can be done by waking up whole night ? I think no.
They do NOT care about you. Your health, your relationship life with your girlfriend/wife, time with your child ARE your most important things. You have to decide for yourself and target a medium intensity IT job that gives you work life balance.

Brother how much are you getting paid? I am sorry about IT industry reality in India. India is lacking far behind in the labor laws. Work life balance is CRUCIAL for time for 8 hour sleep, exercise, girlfriend/wife, child and mental relaxation time daily.

I updated all dependencies one by one also update react & react dom to latest verison First I got error of module not found as I fix it. Then I got errror of invalid hook call .,.I'm stuck from last 3day....plz help me sir
