As a transplanted Scot since 1978...I am just discovering these boys...Pride swells...Bonus..I get to see them today...before the CURE..I'm 70..my daughter is taking her old man to a concert in Vancouver...Time flies, but Scottish talent never ceases.
I'm becoming addicted to this band spending an unreasonable amount of time watching there shows. They are sensational and most underrated band in my lifetime.
I was there, it was even better in person, Twighlight Sad were by far and away the best performance to play at that festival, the Orchestra worked so well with their music, made it all the more haunting
Seen them in Glasgow, seen them in London, seen them in Paris, listened to finished albums, listened to demo's, listened to live acousticsessions... Always, always, always... Fucking AMAZING!
I’ve just discovered this band through a friend in Brazil I’m from Scotland 🏴 they are absolutely amazing and every Sunday I present a show on Mad Wasp Radio called “ Showcase Scotland “ playing the best music coming out of our beautiful country 🏴 this band will feature a lot that’s a promise!!
Every time I hear 'cold days', I feel it's screaming for a final wave of "so you make it your own..." etc near the end. Still a beautiful piece of music however. It was one of the most atmospheric gigs I've ever been to. The closest I've ever had to a religious experience ha.
Went to my first TS concert last night at the Fonda and these guys are truly an extraordinary band. I can't believe I almost overlooked the entire RSNO performance. Thank you Twilight Sad :-)
These guys opened up for Frightened Rabbit at the Fonda last year. Needless to say I was completely unimpressed. - This on the other hand is very impressive!
Yeah you're an idiot if you can't take away something from both bands. I enjoy FR more but since Scott died I've been digging through TS and they're also incredible even if shoegaze isn't your cup of tea.

I envy you so much to have seen this in person. This was just fantastic to watch and feel.

Well holy crap. That was needed.

Robert Smith actually helped them direct their latest album "Nobody Wants To Be Here and Nobody Wants To Leave" :))
This band will kill my feelings one day..
Didn't realize this band was important enough to command the backup of the Scottish Orchestra!.
Switch them about and your statement may make sense.

These guys opened up for Frightened Rabbit at the Fonda last year. Needless to say I was completely unimpressed. - This on the other hand is very impressive!
I'm not having that! The Twilight Sad are and always will be the more talented band when compared to Frightened Rabbit.
Surely we should just celebrate two incredible Scottish bands, which are unbelievable to see live
I was at that show sorry but Frightened Rabbit were just boring. The Sad were awesome as normal.
Both enormous scottish bands!!!
Yeah you're an idiot if you can't take away something from both bands. I enjoy FR more but since Scott died I've been digging through TS and they're also incredible even if shoegaze isn't your cup of tea.
