  • Excellent Upgrade. This full-width led winch bumper is an excellent choice for an upgrade. Not only that it will transform the look of your vehicle but also its capabilities as an off-road machine. Each bumper also features multiple recovery options, such as a set of D-ring shackles and a winch mounting plate that can fit any standard-size winch.
Add Illumination. This front bumper features a built-in rough country 20in single-row black-series led light bar, providing 7,200 lumens and 100 watts of forward-facing illumination to help you easily see the trail ahead. This bumper is also designed to retain your factory fog lights, with two OE fog light ports that feature an “angry eyes” look.
High Build Quality. This durable, steel bumper was manufactured from durable 5/32-inch steel and 2-inch x.120-inch tubing. The D-ring mounts welded inside and out for increased strength. Includes D-ring set with 4.75-ton capacity. This full-width led winch bumper was coated with a satin black finish.

I can personally attest to the fact that this bumper will protect you. I totaled a minivan with my Jeep when someone turned right in front of me. Only this bumper and one plastic fender needed to be replaced. I had to use a death-wheel to cut off the bumper as it was twisted around the mounting plates so much I couldn’t access the mounting hardware. The frame was perfect and my fog lights even survived. This is one heavy duty mamma-jammer.
I wish I could have afforded the replacement, but it saved me THOUSANDS in repairs.

Great video! In this video you install the switch for the light bar in the interior on the driver's side. Can it be connected to the four Auxiliary switches the Jeep Wrangler has?

Yes it can just cut the wire harness at the relay. Two wires one red ,one black. Red to Aux 1 black to ground.

Is there away to wire the light bar to the factory moper switches in the cab?

Hi. Have you got an answer to your question, which I want to ask, too?

I just cut the wire harness at the relay. That left two wires, one red, one black. Ran the red to aux 1 and the black to ground. Works great.

Do you not reinstall the air dam on this project?

With this bumper you wouldn't re-install the factory air dam.

If mounting a winch specifically a Warn 10s do you have to bolt the winch on to the bumper before installing the bumper? Or will the winch drop down in on some winches it’s very tight getting them in? 👍

You should be able to mount up the winch after the front bumper is installed! If you need a bit more room, you may have to loosen the bumper. Hope this helps!

I noticed you removed the "extra" mounting plate on either side of the frame where the bumper connects but in the beginning of the video they were on is that a step that should be taken?

I needed to remove the extra plate on my 22 gladiator. The mounting bolts that come with the bumper are not long enough to get the nut on with the lock washer. I know this bumper works on Jk,Jl,and Jt. I'm sure the extra brackets are on the newer models

Great bumper. Until you go to mount a big winch and the light bar is the reason it won't mount up properly. Lol. Now my light bar is going bye bye. So I'll have a dumb looking light bar hole in my bumper. Smh

I have this bumper and was looking at the badlands apex winch ... I was looking everywhere to see if it would fit I am guessing probably not ? What winch size did you attempt to install?

@wakymilo I have that winch. I had to remove the light bar and mounted it on the top of the bumper with L brackets

@@r6master69 thank you ! Saves me a little trouble. I’ll pull out the led before even attempting to mount.

I used the 9500 from rough contry . Everything mounted up perfectly. They also have a 12000. That will mount up.
