thank you John for all of your videos, you break everything down, I can knock out my practice exams with your help. so thank you. I really have faith, I pass this time around.
Thanks a lot John, I passed my IL real estate exam in 1st attempt. Thanks for all of your videos. I had 7 questions on same formula for maths. Example: how much do you have to bring at the closing if your purchase price is $200k and you are putting 15% and lender is charging you 1.75%!!
OK, so here in CA. Took my exam yesterday and it was so much harder than I expected. I only had 1 math question which was super easy, just about points. But, I did pass. Most of the questions were very lengthy and confusing
Thank you for your video. I live in California and I take my exam on July 18th, the day after my birthday. I’m trying to learn everything I can to pass. What would you suggest. Thank you
That’s exciting you are going to take the exam in July. Really it’s just studying the material, and then practicing as many test questions as possible. It’s a lot like how high school students study for the ACT. Studying through test questions is great because it helps get the score higher on the real exam.
I have a question - anyone in here is from Pennsyvania? , could you please share the information about how / where did you take the exams, is it a strong necessarily to go through ProctorU / Pearson for exams, I can't avoid them and go to the testing facility to take the state exam? Thank you very much in advance !
What you might do is call your 2 largest real estate brokerages close to you. Ask the front desk there where they suggest you go take the exam. See what advice they have as to where you should go take the exam.
