But you can’t say it should be criminalised, as some people do not bring it upon themselves to beg on the streets. It could be as a result of multiple factors rather say frowned upon perhaps? You can’t generally proclaim that the child is going to be taking things by force (stealing) because of begging. It’s subjective and offensive to people who are actually in that situation or took themselves out of it. Seeing as you have claimed to be privileged because you went to diverse schools can you atleast have the decency to respect others’ real life experiences???
My brother African Spirituality exist look we are Africans so we can't speak about white spirituality ,look brother in the universe there are human beings ,so when we respect we respect humanity not colour or creed .to you it's fine it's your right not to believe in African Spirituality ,but now I think you are Rastafarian I think talk about Rastafarian, you can't say Zulus ,Pedis or what ever tribe are whites ,look here in Zulu sithi inkunzi isematholeni ,if your father was a son of a white man then you are white ,but if your mother is white your father is a Zulu or Venda them you are a Venda because of your father ,you can't be the son or a daughter of your father,
Jay walking around traffic lights, its not the beggars in as much as it is just always hordes of people moving sporadically around the traffic which is a distraction ,its dodgy man. The crazy dudes that are on their knees dressed in the colour of dust and invisible until you are right on top of them.
I think they don't have a place to go and yes it should be viewed as a privilege because poverty tends to hunger the mindset and leads to the child growing up having personal issues . Is there a way for this child to go to an orphanage while the parent hustles behind the child eyes , to protect the child from future illegal activities such as crime and to protect the child from having anger issues and so forth ...?

taking time to live on the street is not the same as being stuck living their your whole life
But it’s much more than any of us have done or will ever do to understand, therefore I think his opinion holds a bit of weight.
