If you have good score around 550+ or even 500+ than try for Kerala or karnataka pvt college... The budget will be around 45-50 in kerala or in karnataka it will be around 52-58 ... Or itna hi budget apka abroad ka bhi lagega
I'm a FMG and registered MBBS practitioner Cleared FMGE in first attempt with 187 marks and did internship from a govt medical College in India. Total cost 20 lacs - 10x cheaper than Indian pvt Colleges Took a education loan too Now preparing for neet pg 2024 and hopefully will get my dream branch. I agree the part that currently NMC rules are against FMG and licensing have become even more tougher But at the end it all depends upon you what you become.

😂 this is the Bloody problem why the hell u want to return to India, see first do mbbs from russia from a good university then don't come to this country , do pg or do job for 2-3 years in russia only and yes for job u have to be fluent in Russian language, after that give medical license exam then apply for job and shuttle in any gulf country like Saudi Oman UAE Bahrain etc. The environment in India is not good for education so leave this country take your family and settle abroad think about your future. Do you want to push your children in the same problem you are facing now. Think practically . U r not getting seat it doesn't mean u don't deserve it. The main problem is our super government system don't have enough seat . There for to hide their weakness they invented a new word called cut off . And yes if institution like AIIMS are also worried about next then it is clear that this total system of India is incapable to handle students. And yes for childhood we were taught ha mara Desh mahaan , the reality is opposite, do you really think a Gov hospital in russia is equal to Government hospital of India. And after all this again if you want to come back to India u have to start preparation from first year only then u can qualify any exam.

1 year government hospital मे job करने के बाद खुद का private hospital चलाते है और per day लगभग 80-90 मरीज को देखते है और 1 मरीज से 500₹ लेते है और medicine store खुद का है ।
