Thank you so much for this video. I find that starting to lift again at 43 can be difficult, but warmups help alot. I think warming up will keep me healthy and able to keep getting better without injury. That's the hope anyway. Thank you again for the work that you do

This video was crazy insightful. There are so many different warmup videos out there and each on serves it’s purpose. But I really appreciate how thorough you were with this warmup. Not a power lifter myself, but I could definitely see how these moves could benefit my squat game. Would definitely love a bench and deadlift warmup.💕

I needed this video so badly! My squats are so far behind my deadlift and bench press progress wise. I really think this warmup is gonna help.
I LOVE this warm up!!! I've recently gotten back into power lifting slowly over the past year and I suck at stretching but these are super doable!!!

Ah love this! A friend and I were talking the other day about how when you play on teams you automatically do a team warm up before a game or practice, but when training on your own it’s so easy to just skip over it. I’ve been looking for a warm up routine for a while and I’m excited to start implementing this = )
