I live in Delhi, Airtel Fiber is better here, in fact Airtel gives more speed. Jio me bahut dikkat hai.
I am living in Korba, Chhattisgarh and using Airtel Xtreme Fibre since 4 months. I can say you can go for Airtel without second thought. I have 100 Mbps plan and consistently receiving 120+ speed with ping of 8-12ms in 5GHz band and 90+ in 2.4GHz band. Also, till now I have suffered network glitch only twice and too resolved within 2 hrs. So, overall I have an extremely satisfactory experience.
I'm using Jio for 1 year now. My experience is particularly good. There was no single minute of connection problem. And speeds are consistent. My home is in a panchayath area in Kerala, not in a city or town. Still the experience is good. BTW Airtel fiber is not available in our area. By comparison, some plans are cheaper on Jio. And managing the connection through My Jio app is so easy. Earlier I was using BSNL broadband. This Jio connection is miles better than my previous connection. The connection setup experience was also superfast. I called the Jio agent in the morning. He came to my home and done the registration and KYC immediately in the same morning. Then other technicians came for connection setup. Within noon (That is half a day) the total connection setup was completed. It was that fast.
I have airtel xstream in Amravati, Maharashtra. Mine is definitely prepaid.

Yakin nahi hota 5 din bad tar thik larna aia tha apke ghar pe. Hamare yaha 3 ghanta ka andar andar aa kate he. Hamare ghar se jio ka office karib 10 km dur ha.
Mai airtel 8 month se use kar rha hu bahut acha internet speed koi problem bhee hota hai to 2 hr mai solve ho jata hai go for airtel
I'm from patna. I have both the connection. I use airtel as primary connection and jio as emergency. Connection of jio is also good but its router is pathetic. Airtel is all over good.
मैं लखनऊ में लगभग एक साल से जिओ फाइबर इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूँ। मुझे इसकी स्पीड बहुत अच्छी मिल रही है और कस्टमर केअर से भी तुरंत कार्यवाही करके कोई भी परेशानी दूर कर दी जाती है। जिओ फाइबर के लैंडलाइन कनेक्शन में एक और सुविधा भी है कि अपने मोबाइल में Jio join app इनस्टॉल करके इसे मोबाइल फ़ोन से भी use किया जा सकता है और अलग से कोई लैंडलाइन फ़ोन नहीं कनेक्ट करना पड़ता, जो Airtel में शायद उपलब्ध नहीं है।

I live in Delhi, and I have jio fiber connection on my house. When my new house was being built, we made all the jio fiber wiring internal so that it looks clean from the outside. Now about the speeds, the speeds of the jio fiber are good here, very close to the claimed speeds. I have had some problems in the past, but service is very good. They will come the same day and fix all the problems. I am happy with it.
In Bangalore. Airtel wins any given day of the week. Jio was a nightmare. I regret having tried them.
Chakdaha, Nadia, WB- JioFiber experience is wonderful. Service is also good. Has not face any internet down issue since the installation.
I live in MP jabalpur, and I m using jio fiber for almost 2 years and believe they are providing very nice service and yesterday itself a wire was cut because of some external factors and then I registered my complain and within 4 hours they repaired it.. so it is really good in my city 😉
I am from Hyderabad, Telangana and I have been using prepaid Jio Fiber from 2019. It is the best in terms of internet speed, quality channel streaming, price efficient. Ground staff friendly, speed and skilled. Overall I will rate Jio Fiber 4.5 out of 5. Reduced 0.5 because of the TAT to book slot for engineer which I faced once in a 2 years. Super happy with services without any doubt.
Mere area mein toh Airtel badiya hai... Abhi 2 months hue hai aur badiya chal raha hai. Isse pehle Excitel tha but voh reliable nahi tha.
I live in jaipur, My experience with jio was so good, so tension free that we had to call jio service more than 10 times in just 2 months 1. Our installation was so late they promised to install it in 10 days but it took them 15+ days
I am in Kochi, Kerala and using Jio Fiber 999 Plan for over 1.5 years and I would clearly recommend it since the connection had been very stable. 999 +18%GST= Rs. 1178 monthly includes setup box and OTT apps which had been great. Earlier was using Asianet broadband which was not stable and had to pay additional for Tata Sky DTH. 3.3TB limit is good since I never exceeded it. Since altogether in my case 6 people with their internet usage is also covered
I am from Kolkata. Mera Airtel Xtreme fiver lagahua ha. Connection better than Jio fiver. Airtel Xtreme fiver laney ke time mera pass 2 option dia airtel. 1- Prepaid connection- ₹ 1000 + 18% Gst Installation cost..
